ONCE again when you have a problem like this people end up here because the issue was not solved after going to many many doctors and going through tests. Blood work, endoscopy, you name it - they done it! Like me. Many have read every message on this forum even. I know many who have had their gallbladders removed and guess what the problem/issue remained- they are not happy at all and pissed!!! The results are shown in this forum read through all of them.
So you got a pill that reduces bloatedness? OMG what is in that pill that is reducing bloatedness? You still have the issue. See its going around the issue. what is causeing that bloastedness? You need to address the real issue of why it gets bloated. You do not need to take a pill the rest of your life or be on these pharma drugs. I don't have that bloateness anymore. Those Doctors are no more then controlled pezz dispensaries these days for the pharmaceutical industry. It's a business.
Now I would agree that a person if they have not been checked out by a doctor at all that they do so and go through the tests.
CHANCES ARE YOU HAVE NOT PEALED BACK A CLOVE OF RAW GARLIC LIKE A BANANA ON AN EMPTY STOMACH and ate it. You have had it in foods or salads most likley cooked and you think back on it thinking the garlic was the problem. After chopping up the raw garlic in small tiny bits and consuming it on a empty stomach do Not eat or drink anything directly after that for at least a half hour after consuming. Make sure to also be taking the B-COMPLEX organic and even additionally taking a liquid B-12 DR. GROUP has created the cleanest and most organic and vegan safe products.

The first day you may not feel much of any results. keep at it and around day three you most likely will have some kind of break through. Stick with the Garlic. and B-Complex Take one clove before bed. when you peal back and chop up the garlic you have one hour before the compound/ingredient or whats needed diminishes. That is a secret. You must get the garlic not chopped already. It must be in its original form. Their is something you need that goes away directly after one hour after opening and cutting the garlic up. People do not realize this at all! So do not buy any chopped up garlic or pills. You must get the garlic in its orginal form and state!

You project too much. You don't know what people went through (like if they went to the doctor and had all necessary tests done), and you definitely cannot know better than a doctor what is causing this problem. The human body is very complex. Plus, not everyone lives in the money hungry US. I live in Spain and I have 2 health insurances, one private, one social (from the state). I went to both institutions and they told me similar things. No one sold me any drugs. By contrary, all doctors told me that some of the medicine they recommended is expensive and one specialist said that because of this I should only take 3 months of the medicine he prescribed to see if it improves my symptoms. Some doctors specifically told me that some medicine is less expensive and has the same effect so I should buy that one. Sure many of these institutions are money hungry, that's the society we live in and they play by the rules (which is awful), but don't reject all that the doctors say, because if you don't trust the doctors, who are you going to trust? Some online 'guru', or your own 'instincts'? Learn to ask the doctors better questions and weigh their answers. Educate yourself on the matter.
You can get bloatedness from many reasons: food, stress, a combination of both or much more causes. It is complicated, this is why doctors want to do the tests to narrow down what may cause it. If garlic works for you and pills for me then great (as long as you went to the doctor first), and sure both do not address what causes the pain, but I won't blame you or the doctors for that ;).
And I eat more raw garlic in my life than you can imagine. I grew up eating food from the garden, including garlic, as 'natural' as you can get it (grown by my grandparents in their garden). But if that thing worked for you then congrats! Just don't wrongly project that it will work for others too. That's all. Take care my friend.

I have exactly the same problem as pretty much everyone here. Pressure/pain on my upper right abdomen area that extends to my back. It gets exacerbated when I sit and there seems to be no pattern. I have already gone through every exam you can think of including endoscopy, CT scan, Hyda scan, MRI and ultrasound. My Gastroenterology has cleared me so far from serious issues. A few weeks ago I went to see my family doctor who recommended getting a fructose intolerance test. You drink a cocktail very high in fructose then blow on a machine see the parts per million of fructose still lingering in your stomach. If the content is high, your stomach can not break down the fructose. 15 minutes after drinking the cocktail, I had to go to the bathroom 5 times within 2 hours with one of the most severe diarrhea I've had in years. The test was also positive. According to my Doctor, 15PPM is considered fructose intolerant. I scored a 55PPM. So... I am fructose intolerant! Basically I am intolerant to eating any sweet fruit. I am working on a low fructose diet and it is very, very difficult since practically all fruits and veggies contain fruit. Completely the opposite of what nutritionist teach us to be healthy. I recommend everyone showing symptoms like these to test yourselves for food intolerance. You might be surprised.

I have the same pressure under my right rib cage. It feels as if my ribs are pressing on my organs. I also have the pain in my back that comes after I work or sit for a period. Did you ever figure out what the issue is?

I have gallstones. Epsom salt is one of the ingredients to do cleansing but it's for external only. Is it safe to drink 1 tbsp of Epsom salt with 3/4 water?

Regarding the fructose intolerance diagnosis, please be sure to keep us posted as to whether your symptoms resolve after removing fructose from your diet. I did a 5 week food intolerance diet eliminating wheat, corn, soy, dairy, and all the other common food intolerances with no effect. But, I was still eating a lot of fruit during the diet since typically elimination diets don't eliminate fructose.

I do the garlic thing, and some B vitamin seems to help. But not a cure. Symptoms range from bloated, shortness of breath constantly every day so hard to breathe normally from always this pressure if you will that is slight to the right side from the center V of the chest. Just makes it hard to breathe and one has to gasp for air just to get a full breath at times. How can all of us have this thing "baby's foot feeling? The problem for all these years and no cure or help? It's so frustrating not to understand or know what is going on. I was told by a few different DR that I just have GERD or IBS, but that can't be. ANTI-ACID PILLS did not help. I am wondering now is this a problem of the kidney on the right side perhaps causing the pressure or baby's foot thing? Are there any thoughts anyone? From listening to the many on here that the gallbladder was not the problem. I have had two ultra sounds done, and nothing, clean, good found nothing. They wanted to do a third ultra sound I'm like this is ridiculous.

My dad is chiropractor and has been prescribing this cleanse to people for over 35 years. I had similar symptoms and he said is was gallstones. I did this cleanse three times in the last two months and literally got HUNDREDS out and the pressure went away. He said doctors rarely know about this easy, natural cleanse and it works on almost everyone he has ever told about it!
LIVER AND GALL BLADDER CLEAN OUT
One of the many functions of the liver is to produce bile, which is largely responsible for digestion of oils and fats in the diet. Bile is sent from the liver to the gall bladder where it is held until needed in the small intestine for digestion. When, due to high cholesterol, chronic dehydration, or genetic factors, a person develops “stones” or “sludge” in the gall bladder, then the flow of the bile from the liver to the duodenum is interrupted or stopped. This has several effects, including inability to digest fats or assimilate fat-soluble vitamins from your diet, such as A, D, and E. The blockage can also back up bile into the liver, which will put pressure on this most important organ, interrupting any of its other functions. Bile also serves as a lubricant to the intestinal tract, so a lack of it will continue to constipation. Other symptoms of gall bladder/Liver are…1) Sore knees or knees that won’t heal after an injury, 2) Pain/tenderness under the right rib/sternum region, 3) Pain around or near the right scapula/spinal (mid back) or right shoulder, 4) Intolerance to oily or greasy foods with flatulence, and 5) Floating, smelly stools.5)Pancreatitis due to blockage of the common bile duct by gallstones. And this situation can even lead to pancreatic and liver cancer.
This clean out program is usually not needed by those under 20, depending on diet, etc. Most people should do the flush a couple of times per year for preventative maintenance and more often if you have a tendency towards liver/gall bladder problems.
Monday-Saturday noon; you should drink at least 3-4 glasses of apple juice/cider (unfiltered natural is best) per day, in addition to a good diet and your regular supplements/medications. For optimal results, add 10 drops of Phosfood Liquid (Standard Process) to each glass. This helps to thin and loosen the stones/sludge.
At noon on Saturday (or whatever day works best for you), you should eat a healthy lunch, mostly live, fresh foods.
Two to three hours after lunch, you need to use a laxative to start the cleansing of the colon. This could be Epsom salts, or a bottle of flavored magnesium citrate/citrate of magnesia (Walgreens, etc.). Even better would be to get a colonic (high enema) that afternoon.
Two hours later, repeat step three, especially if not much is happening with your colon (no diarrhea yet, or minimal amount).
For the evening meal, have citrus fruits or juices if you must, or just drink water.
At bedtime, you have 2 choices:
Drink a 1/3 cup of olive oil (1/2 cup if you’re over 200 lbs.) followed by a small glass of grapefruit juice. Use virgin cold pressed, unrefined olive oil. Remember, it’s unsaturated.
Drink a 1/3 cup of olive oil blended with 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice (larger portions if you’re a larger person). Can rinse mouth with water, and have a small glass of water afterwards.
You should go to bed immediately and lie on your right side with your right knee pulled up toward your chest for 20-30 minutes. This helps facilitate the movement of the oil into the small intestine, which stimulates the gall bladder to contract and empty.
On Sunday morning (or whatever the next day is), at least one hour before breakfast, repeat your chosen form of colon cleansing (salts, colonic, etc.). This is when the stones should show up in your stool, assuming you followed the previous steps.
You should proceed with your regular diet and supplements; always endeavoring to improve it with more fresh lemon juice to some of your water on a regular basis is a good tonic for the liver. Also you should continue with some apple juice daily to stimulate bile production, at least for a few days.
If you should feel nauseous after drinking the mixture, get up and walk around or prop yourself up on pillows to prevent vomiting. If you do get sick, which rarely occurs, you can repeat the procedure at a later date. The stones will appear greenish, some opaque, some translucent, anywhere from the size of small peas to prune-sized, and will float on the top of the water, as they are mostly composed of cholesterol (oil-based). A 50-100 stone flush is not unusual. If you do get a large amount of stones, or no stones at all (and you are CONVINCED you have them), then you should repeat the procedure in 2-3 weeks. Have the stones analyzed by your M.D. or a lab if you’re not convinced that’s what they really are, and any surgeon will confirm.

I have had the same problem and I got a sonography, CT scan, MRI done for this and all of them were normal. Like someone on this forum said earlier its muscle stress/ anxiety is right. When I took my MRI results to a neurologist he gave me a medicine name Rivotril 0.5 for muscle relaxation and anxiety and since then it has reduced to none. And im certain its anxiety as people have also written that the more they think about the more they feel the pressure so I'd suggest just ignore it and have the medicine and you should be fine within a week

I have the same thing. It definitely feels like a baby is kicking me under my rib. The pain is there after I eat and I was told it could be gastritis. I do not agree with the diagnosis. I also have had my gallbladder removed so it is definitely not gallbladder

Hate to say it, but welcome to the club.
After X-rays, CT scans and MRI- my pressure has been diagnosed as Chilaiditi Syndrome- very rare. Can't find doctors who have dealt with this. Don't like the chances re surgery, so am "living with it" at the moment. Keep investigating and hope you can get some answers and some relief.
