Hi. I'm 27 year old male and I would like to find out some stuff about fat reducing exercises. You see, I have never had any problems with my body weight but last couple of months I’ve been working a lot and didn’t pay too much attention on what I eat nor do I have enough physical activity.
Of course, this resulted in gaining about 20 pounds. But what confuses me is that all the extra fat went on my face. I’ve got these chubby checks and almost double chin and I have completely changed the way I look. I don’t know what to do know but I know that I must do something to remove this extra fat. What could I do to return my face an old look?

Hi. I understand your problem completely because I have the same problem. You see, different people gain more fat on different body places.
To some people, this extra fat goes into lower abdomen, to some on buttocks and some of us get this all on our face. I have heard a lot about some exercises called spot training. That is supposedly an exercise for special target part of body. I even actually try some of them but with no result. So, I figure it out.
The only way to loose this extra fat is to loose weight globally, proportionally throughout your whole body! So, eat less and get involved in some extra physical activity and your chubby checks will become ancient history!
