Well I 20 years old and I currently weight in at 195 lbs and I have my engagement party in July I really need to lose weight and fast but in a healthy manner.....
Stop all sodas , drink plenty of water ,dont really gotta stop all sodas but after a meal with a soda drink water and take extra walks not elevators and hey before u eat have a big salad so by time its time to eat dinner u will feel and will eat less, also u can join a gym ,its pretty cheap .. I love rock music when i work out it helps alot to pump u up ,but that's my thing u will soon learn what motivates u Good luck
