Red Bump-Zit on Balsac-Penis

Alright so right at the bottom of my penis on the bottom near the balls I got a redish whiteish zit and I am preety stupid and I popped it so now its just chilling there its just a bump and its the same colour as my penis but it is noticiable and I am sure a chick would feel it if she is giving me oral or if I am having intercourse and she may thing its a std ect which it probably isnt because I am not sexually active however is this ever gonna go away should I go out and buy some clearsil or some other acne treatment and rub it on my penis also I masturbate like everyday sometimes twice a day so am I gonna have to stop or will it go away even if I continue.
