My knee is tight at night and is extremely bothersome and keeps me awake. Massage provides some relief. Creams do not help. What else can I try?

I take Magnesium about 400mg before bed. Lavender oil helps a little. Eat foods rich in potassium. bananas and avocado.

I recently had a herbalist make me a brew for anxiety. I had the idea to rub the liquid herbs on my knees at night and the sensation of needing to move them left. Needs to be done nightly. Liquid herbs of Withania, Lemon Balm, Passi and Lavender.
