You pains seem like exactly what I am going thru myself for over a year. They are claiming it is my si joint . I as well have the same problem with my lap band. I am currently in aqua therapy which helps allot vs regular therapy with stability and strength. I currently am awaiting surgery on pinning my si joint so it stops popping out . my pain is Lorette right back , right buttocks, right outer thigh and it can shoot all the way into my for if I'm not careful
I have the same pain, only mine now cause pain in my right side as well not my back really. It is probably spasms. Most time, 80% of the time, my back won't hurt at all, as soon as my right butt cheek and back of my right thigh touches a chair, it's on. I only have to stand still for a minute or 2 for mine to set off spasms. Goes all the way to my foot a lot, not always. I have been to 2 chiros, 2 nueros, and a nuero surgeon and no one sees a thing except that I may have a possible bulge between the 4 and the 5??? Is that an answer...This has been going on 6 years, Im exhausted from it and still holding out hope...did you ever get any other answers?
Contact Dr Taban, neurosurgeon at Northridge Hospital in Northridge California. He is excellent and has worked on me several times with great success.
After the x-rays and MRIs are taken then there should be a discogram & CT scan taken to confirm the problem areas. Do not exclude Osteoarthritis, extremely painful especially in the hip joint.
How did they find it if it didn't show on MRI and CT scans?
I'm having the same pains. Has surgery helped the pains to quit?
Did your operation fix your pain?
Is there a remedy for pain in leg calves? It is so painful.
I'd like any suggestions that may help.
