I've found that the pill has messed me up even more. I had never even had these types of pains before the pill.
I am 22 I suffer from the same thing but I have cysts on my ovaries I have what is called poly cystic ovarian syndrome which causes me to have pelvic pain and bladder problems often it can feel soo intense I have to go to the hospital usually when a cyst irrupts it causes severe pain for hours sometimes days!!! it also can cause a feeling of unwanted arousal during urination that can last hours if not days as well not sure if these are any of what you are going through you might want to check into it!!

I am 22 years old. I have been getting a very sharp pain in my lowder abdomen on my right side for months now. It is always accompanied with an intense amount of pressure that feels like im going to explode. It usually occurs about 1.5 weeks before I get my period but sometimes it comes randomly. Sometimes I cannot even cough because I start crying. I went to doctor and because they could not feel anything said it was nothing. I just figured it was something that happened, but my bf wants me to go doctor, but I hate doctors.

I am 42 and have the same pain as well i also have a cysts on the right side of my ovaries I am in process to have surgery to take care of my situation i hope you guys don't wait to late to take care of yours.
Exact same things happening to me, started having lighter periods too, no idea why? Trying to get answers since last March...nothing. Are you feeling better?
I am 47 and was out shopping yesterday and was suddenly hit with the same pain, lower right abdomen. I had to lay over the shopping cart until I could get through checkout. I was also hurting in my back. I made it to my car and by that point, I was becoming nauseous. I made it home and got in bed and in a somewhat of a fetal position. I took something for pain and eventually fell asleep. Later that night I started my period. I am sore in the same area today, but not as severe. I have had these pains many times before, although not as severe. I have Crohn's disease, so I have always related the pain to the disease, but am thinking now it has to be female issues. After reading these posts and I am going to get checked for cysts. Good luck to all and thanks for the information!!
I don't like doctors, except for emergencies either. its nothing personal! synthetic prescription medication is poison. I get the same pain it gets worse when I take in a deep breath. It started around 13, comes and goes randomly I have not been able to find a pattern but I believe it happens close to before my period. its kinda scary, no one knows what it is... Im thinking maybe endometriosis.
I'm 13 and haven't gotten my period I had that pain in both sides and both breathes its very brief is this common before period?
Hi, I am wondering did you have the pain all the time or only when on your period? I've been to the ER multiple time because of severe pain and they don't know what it is, but it's only on my period and it's always for 3 or 4 days and then goes away? I've had everything looked at. All the signs of appendicitis I get, including a fever!
