Yes mate ive got it but only looking for an answer myself i think mines a cyst been there for years but i have regular blood tests and nothing comes up

Please look up the term scrotoliths or scrotum pearls or scrotal calculi. Sounds very possible what you might have.

Ever man actually should have 2. One On each side . The one on the right is alaways a better hider or at least it more "spaghetti" to hide in. My epididymal gland is smaller on right. The should never become tender or change in size. Try to find #2, on the right. DB

I have the same symptom of one freely floating peeble.

I “free ball” meaning I do not wear underwear to promote good circulation to my balls, but I wonder if there are some other best practices out there.

can anyone recommend any best practices to keep nice healthy and well circulating testicles? Personally, I prefer not to wear underwear; its so much more comfortable

same problem. mine is very hard like a pebble. seems to be free floating but attached to something but not testicle. sometimes i can find it and sometimes i cant. i have had it for 8 years and it has doubled in size. i am 41.

I had this as well but over time my right testicle was hurting .. and i piss one day i sen a small dark speck come out.. 10 min later i thought i had to go agin .. well it was pure blood.. this continued very 6 to 10 minutes for 90 minutes... it was a ball of veins that ruptured

I have this exact as yours. I noticed I started off with one little ball years ago, then as I started cycling harder and harder doing extreme stuff they have increased in number as yours. No sensation or anything, just feels weird when you dig your fingers in.

I had small bumps checked on my testes by ultrasound and the doctor said they were calcium deposits. He also said they can develop in the scrotum and float around before I found the one that is larger and is not attached to the testes. I have a few much smaller than bb size ones on the testes and one deposit towards the rear in the middle of and inside the scrotum that is a bit larger. Feels like a hard rock. No pain. Maybe I am growing a third nut after all these years. I am 37 and a hypochondriac.

THEY ARE ABNORMAL PUBIC HAIR FOLICALS, I ONCE GOT SOME NAIL CLIPPERS AND SOME TWEEZERS AND BRAVLEY DID A LITTLE OPERATION ON MY SELF AND PULLED ONE OUT, THERES ALOT OF BLOOD SO I DONT REALLY ADVISE IT, GO SEE A DR TO REMOVE IT

I had the little hard bb thing you described at the bottom of my scrotum about 6 yrs ago. I went to th Dr and he gave me a prescription for pills, and damn I can't remember what it was, but it went away, now it's back. So I don't think it's serious because the Dr at the time didn't say much. I had xrays and everything. But just today it's back.
