I have these weird dots on my face, they aren't like pimples and they don't itch it's mostly on my cheeks and right side, they kinda make a straight line and its weird, when i touch them they don't hurt or anything they just feel like little moles, and i haven't changed my skin care routine, which i put witch hazel on my skin and tea tree oil, i don't think that would change it though, anyways please help!
btw my eyes itch a lot, i don't know if that's related
