I am 14. I have a small pimple in my balls for about a week. It first appeared when i shaved.when i squeze it it hurts and it doesnt have a head so that i can pop it. What should i do plz help.

Just leave it be. It's probably not a pimple but instead folliculitis, an inflammation of a hair follicle.
It's on your scrotum, not the testicles.
Uh, why are you shaving your balls? That's so weird hahah. It sounds like you have an ingrown hair. If you squeeze it to pop it, you'll most likely get a really bad infection that will take weeks to go away. Leave it alone and keep the area dry... I'd also suggest not shaving that area.
