So embarrassed about my labia! Can I naturally decrease the size?

I also deal with an enlarged labia. I've never let anyone go down there, really, until just recently. It's always been fooling around blindly in the dark. My current boyfriend, however, insisted on... appraising me himself. When I talked to him about how it bothered me a while after the first incident, his words were "Don't worry about it, hunners. I love sucking on it, never feel bad about it." He accepted me the way I am and we have a very happy and active sex life. You just have to find the right guy you feel comfortable with.

I was exactly the same as you. hated wearing swim suits, all my pals looked awesome and 'flat' down there in them and I always found an excuse not to wear one!

Actually, I think they are sexy as hell. I love a woman who has a big clit too. Girl, don't sweat it, it's all a matter of taste. Some men like them big, some men like them small. I'm not trying to seem creepy or weird or anything of the sort - but I know that a lot of guys find your personal 'characteristic' (for lack of a better word) very attractive. I always have - always. The alternative is boring, a lot less fun, and not very pretty. Yes, some people make up derogatory names for that kind of characteristic, but they do that for literally everything, whether they mean it or not. Once you get out in the real world you'll find that it's much more of a blessing than a curse. Some people don't like big chests - some do. Some guys like big butts - some don't. Some like long hair, others short. Your trait, like every trait a person can have, is attractive to some and unattractive to others. Sincerely, there is nothing more attractive to me than that (when it comes to that area), and friends and I have talked about it... I'm not even close to being the only one. Honestly, evaUK - Really don't be upset about it. Lots of guys love it!! If you hear otherwise, you're probably either hearing it from someone whose personal tastes are different than those of guys like me and many of my friends, or you're hearing it from younger people who literally have NO idea what they're talking about. So embarrassed to get on here and say something but here it goes.... I'm 24... I have a large labia... I was googling the same thing... If there is a natural way without surgery to reduce it.... Unfortunately there isn't... I get self conscious a lot about it.... In pants... Bikinis... I've learned to wear panty liners or tuck it in lol but after reason peoples responses I'm kind of realizing ican live with it... It bothers me sometimes (uncomfortableness) but I've only had one guy in my life say anything and it was out of spite... Other than that no complaints.. We aren't all built the same, and neither are guys!!

Good on you for saying something, Ash. Obviously you felt a little uncomfortable doing so (based on your initial statement), but it was cool of you to muster the courage because you were motivated by the desire to make someone feel better.

What you said about guys is definitely true. For the OP or any other female reading this in the future.... Don't forget Ash's point. Guy's (ahem) 'stuff' varies as widely as women's. From size (the most commonly worried about aspect), to shape, to direction (meaning...some are bent-ish), to the fact that some people/cultures do surgeries when young that fundamentally alter appearance, men vary as widely as women. Really, most guy's entire sense of self is riding on what women think of their size/girth in that department.

Unless you're talking about someone that isn't terribly introspective (or someone that is porn-star huge), the guy whose opinion you're twisting yourself into knots over is probably worried to death about what you'll think of HIM, and that's likely true if the guy is 20 years old or 50.

Kinda can't believe I'm writing here again (not my usual posting subject), but it really bothered me that the original poster was out there somewhere in silent turmoil over something that she has no real reason to worry about (By 'real reason' I don't mean to diminish or dismiss her fears, I just mean 'She's worried about guys hating it, when most of them would be very happy with her qualities - and to heck with their opinion of her anyway'). It's one of those that people don't talk about openly, so there's no way for younger people to know they have nothing to worry about.

Dear evaUK..  As a guy I have to say this, and mean it in the most awesome and for your (evaUK) confidence building way..   ARE YOU CRAZY!  eva dear..  You should consider yourself lucky!  There are a lot of guys that find a large labia VERY attractive! Okay so I know this is an older post, but I'm so glad I'm not alone in this. I've always had a big liaba and when I was 16 (I'm 18 now) I was super scared to let guys touch me because of it. I never really looked into surgery much until recently and it doesn't seem worth it. I eventually had sex for the first time and I asked my bf about it, he told me he enjoyed it and that it somehow felt better to him. I probably wouldn't get surgery or anything but its just comforting to know I'm not alone with this lol

OKAY basically, I am in exactly the same place you were a year ago:? My labia is huge and I can't do anything about it- I am so embarrassed and I have no clue what to do... Some of my friends have been fingered and others confident enough to have sex. I guess you can't reduce the size without surgery but what have you done to help with your self confidence!? X E
