do you guys want me to tell you how to make it stop?
I have the problem as well as the head of my penis throbbing and it has burning sensation like a rash, it’s really uncomfortable & bothersome. I too have seen many urologists and I’m going to see another one soon bc this feeling just wont go away. I don’t understand how nobody can figure this problem out! I am able to have sex daily or more than once a day but it hurts everyday and I’m STD free. There’s something called Balantitis which I’m hoping is the issue bc that can be cured supposedly. I’m so frustrated over this.
It’s Urethra sore ik what hes talking about
amen to f*****g that
Thug Life mah boii
Thanks a lot. Your explanation is very reassuring.
I have the same problems and im 18. I always thought I had this problem cuz believe it or not ive never masturbated in my whole life I only have wet dreams and when I wake up me penis hurts like hell dont know what I should do man
Yup sure does
Its nothing to be scared about, just like your arms get sore after pumping weights, your penis will get sore after sex or masturbation, after an orgasm is usually when youll notice this, due to the blood flowing out, and its reactment with the nerves, so dont stress over it, its just a sore muscle
I don't know if this is related, but I also get pain ONLY after ejaculation that lasts for around a day. However, it doesn't seem to be throughout the whole penis, it stays confined to the Corporus Spongiosum, and on top of that, it's only at one place and it's a constricting pain. My erection is also slightly weaker after ejaculation as the constricting pain makes erections uncomfortable.
I also want to note that I have slight curvature to the left and I notice a slight bend downwards. The corporus spongiosum isnt as hard beyond the slight bend.
I'm worried about Peyronie's disease, but how would that explain the fact that I only receive pain AFTER orgasm.

I’ve found that putting your penis directly in warm/hot water for atleast 1 minute reduces the pain after almost instantly. By this I mean putting your penis inside your bathroom basin full of hot water and leaving it in there for a minute or so. This has worked great for me.
I know this is an old thread but I am 31 years old and have had this issue my whole life. Identical symptoms of post-cum erection soreness. It is amazing to see that this is literally the only place on line where the issue isn’t being mischaracterized or dismissed. I never really looked into it before or sought medical advice for it. I will try the toothpaste method. Also maybe noteworthy that my penis has a slight upward curve. Maybe not. Anyway thanks y’all for getting to the bottom of this.
I too experience this post ejaculatory erection pain and it is really worrying me. I am a teen and have had it as long as I can remember. Does anyone know the actual diagnosis/reason/cause for it? Any help would be immensely appreciated
