OK u said if I'm reading this then share my story, so I'll share mine just to see if we can get to the bottom if it. THIS PROBLEM SUCKS. I started masterbating in 9th grade and I'm currently a senior in hs. I used to do it once at a time and ejaculate until the hormones were too much and I bumped it up to twice in one time. Then I started to realize that no matter what if I jerk off two times and ejaculated two times in a row, MY penis WOULD START HURTING LIKE A ELAPHANT PULLED ME THROUGH THE DIRT BY THE PENIS. I would try to sleep it off but the universe wasn't having it, I got a rock solid bone like 3-5 minutes later THAT WOULD LAST ANOTHER HALF HOUR AT LEAST- AND THAT ISH HURTED JUST AS MUCH. Honestly I didn't know what tf was happening, I don't need to tell u the pain bit I can give facts about my life to further the search for a cause.

I get at least 10 bones a day (~5 of them are full on, the rest are not)
sometimes when I get erect out of nowhere it starts hurting again ( almost like inside The shaft)- I don't know why
I just turned 17 if age has any correlation, but I noticed the above problem since my tweens
I used to watch port until I realized how bad it is and stopped(for about 6 months now) but I was still beating my meat until I stopped that too, I'm just trying to stop all my sexual urges all together
Last fun fact, I sneeze when I get dirty thoughts(it's a thing, u can look it up)
If u have a similar problem, I'd really like to know what's going on

I'm 17 I kinda have the same problem too! After I ejaculate my penis feels sore for a few hours but the next day I'm fine, idk why it's like that. I guess everyone's just different

It could also be from holding your penis to hard in the middle.
It is normal.

Hey you all! That weight lifting pain occurs in my penis after ejaculation as well. But I think it's pretty normal. I don't believe it's a problem at all. The penis is a muscle, masterbation and sex is a workout. Most of the time ejaculation is the end of the workout, and just like weight lifting, it is likely for soreness to occur in whatever muscle you worked on post-workout. But for me if the soreness doesnt go away within a few hours than its definitely gone by the following day. Also the pain goes away if I decide to have sex again for a 2nd, 3rd, or however many times the same day. Yes the soreness after I ejaculate will be a bit more sore each time but like I said masterbastion and sex is a workout. Where all fine, wher just keeping our penis's active.

I also believe it to be an issue of overuse and accumulating fatigue, to speed up the healing process I suppose everything that gets some blood flowing is generally good, so vasodilators like arginin, or saunas, cold showers etc. might help. The one thing that gives me a quick fix is a hot cup of Ashwagandha, I rarely use it because it makes me sleepy but if I am in the rare situation that doesnt allow for some mild dicksoreness thats my go to

I have had this issue for years now. I'm in my late 20s. Doctors usually think it's an STD or that your just masterbating way too much and need to give it a rest. For me it sore after most of the time and the times that it isn't I've been trying to figure out why. I notice when I'm relaxed and unrushed i don't seem to have this issue, and when I'm warmed up and do just jump into it. Also a kegel session before hand seems to effect it.

Are you sure you are not chafing your penis skin? This can lead to some serious discomfort. You might want to check out a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil. It is made just for guys and helps with soreness, chafing, discoloration, dry skin etc. It's a great product. Hope this helps and good luck.

I'm 35 and had this problem ever since I can remember. My foreskin doesn't go back when I have an errection (no problems when I'm not hard) thought it might be associated with the foreskin MOT retracting when errect but never seen anyone about it

Hi everyone,

it's a relieving feeling to find people who suffer from precisely the same symptoms and have not found help or a solution yet.

Ever since I can remember I had a feeling of discomfort after ejaculation/during ejaculation which can last for hours in the aftermath and sometimes makes me avoid to ejaculate for a week or so.

I have seen three different urologists, all of who could not help. I don't blame them, it just seems that medicine as such does not know the cause for these symptoms let alone a treatment to cure them. I have taken multiple antibiotics, always for about three weeks. No improvement. I have had NMRI, CAT and medical ultrasound, nothing could detect anything irregular.

And let's be clear about one thing: If you're like me, and the pain would only be caused after an ejaculation and not for example after a very long erection, all the theories about soarness of a "muscle"(the penis in fact is not a muscle) inside the penis cannot be correct. The pain must be caused by something that is involved in the process of ejaculation. I am therefore positive that the pain is being caused by the prostate.

I am currently testing a new way of healing myself and it involves the prostate massage. If you've been through it and it didn't help, fair enough. But I experience a surprising relief. Let me give you an example: After one ejaculation a day I normally can't or I rather don't want to ejaculate a second time because 1) the erection itself is painful and it's unpleasant to touch the penis with a certain amount of pressure and 2) after the second ejaculation the pain is even worse for the next couple of hours. However, when I do the prostate massage before the second ejaculation, the erection itself is virtually painfree (I can grab my penis really hard and the erection is different altogether, harder and nicer) and 2) more importantly, the second ejaculation will in fact often take away the pain that had been caused by the first ejaculation. I will try to do the prostate massage every time now before I masturbate and will see whether this can make the pain go away altogether.

How do I do the prostate massage? Well, it's not something I love and if you're not into it, fair enough, but I bought one of those anal dildos that can reach the prostate from the inside. You can try to massage the prostate from the outside but it's just way more effective if you actually go in there. Just see it as a medical necessity..

I would appreciate any feedback and would encourage everyone to try this method. With me it has undoubtedly an effect on the pain inside the penis, after 30 seconds of massage I can feel a significant difference. It's remarkable and I am trying to figure out why this might be the case.

Please be gentle about any mistakes in language, I'm not a native English speaker.

Cheers

Hi ! I wished to know if any of you had any new information. My boyfriend and I can't have intercourse twice in less than three hours or sometimes longer... Plus the more we do it in one day the more we need to wait. He describes it as a muscular pain (he's 22) it seems he was always that way. I do not think he would consider putting anything near his insides, he's already not so hot for oral sex or those things (happely we're a creative couple, it doesn't refrain our sexuality) but considering he doesn't really like other stuff than well... going at it... ^^ it's sometimes really hard to wait or just hard.... (bad punch, sorry) I see it frustrates him too, sometimes he grabs me real tight, starts being hot and just stops, I guess that's when he starts having a boner again and it hurts.... Do you know if there word be anything to do ?

Drinking lots of water, taking vitamin C and taking long hot showers right after sex as we found on another page kinda helped but... It's not doing that much and I fear for the way things could go with all this frustration on both sides... We don't live together yet, not even in the same town, so... Yeah... Basically I just spend a lot of time hoping he's not tempted by someone else and that he's not thinking the same about me... And even if all these fears were unfunded they could f**k up my brains...

An old friend of mine saw problems like that happen to him but it somehow got better and we can't know how. This gives both a bit of hopes and questioning, it was probably not the same thing at all but there's a lot in common though... I'd very much appreciate any new information !

The foreskin MAY be the cause of your pain, maybe see a doctor, talk about it, think about getting circumcised... not sexy option, but it helped an ex of mine...

Sounds exactly like the symptoms I am suffering from. And from the boy's persepctive I can tell you it's extremely frustrating: You want to translate the emotional love you're feeling for the girl into physical love and then, way too many times when you get an erection you feel this sudden pain in the penis which makes sex a really unattractive option in that moment. In other words: the most beautiful thing in the world is inevitably linked to pain. This has the short term effect of not being able to or not wanting to have sex and the long term effect of a reduced libido over time. Subconsciously your body will simply link sexual arousal with physical pain and reduce your libido as some sort of self-protection. At least this is how I experience it for sometimes, when I had a few erections in a row without pain (happens about once a year, not kidding), my libido gets crazy. Anyhow, I am the guy who wrote about the prostate massage. If I was your boyfriend I would go see a urologist and just let him check the prostate. Mine was painful upon examination. If this is not the case for your boyfriend then I would say we probably don't suffer from the same. But if it should be painful I would really suggest the prostate massage. In fact, I have only been doing it for 4 days now and, I am not kidding, feel considerable relief.

Good luck!

I also have these symptoms. How ever when this started the pain was centralized in my taint area. With in months the pain spread from anus to the tip of penis. I am std free. Before this problem started I started getting into cardio training; lost 35 pounds in 2 months. I'm 27 and I've always been over weight, so i decided to do something about it. With my cardio training, I would work on my abs hard and I went as far as buying a slendertone belt. It is an electic impulse belt designed to stimulate and contract the muscles in the abdomen. My penis has grown 2 inches with my workout routine and another after i started with the slender tone belt. Now it's like my ejaculations are weak. It has been 7months since i lost the weight. 2.5 months since i bought the slender tone belt. The belt seemed to antagonize the symptoms, but the symptoms were there first.

I am 32. Same here, if I managed to pee after ejaculation, then the pain would never occur. However, if I miss peeing after ejaculation, the pain would show up at the next hard on (usually 2 or 3 hour during sleep), and would be gone only after peeing.
From my own experience, post ejaculation, try to stay up and try to pee after 15 or 20 mins (bad to do it before that), and the problem will not occur.
