As most people on here cannot tend to find any actual commonalities, I'd like to point out that ANTIDEPRESSANTS tend to have some history with sore penises after ejaculation. I'm no urologist, but I'd suggest you all look into this, as antidepressants can be diagnosed to any male regardless of age.
I used to be sore up to 2 days after orgasm when I was young. I was really turned on and my penis got very hard. Now that I'm old (76) it doesn't get that stiff and I can have 3 orgasms in 4 hours without penis pain. Don't worry about it. By the way, it still feels just as good.

I've had the same problem for as long as I can remember, at least since I was 18 - I'm now 28. The pain is in the left hand side and my penis curves very slightly to the left. There is no sexual dysfunction except that the pain is sometimes very distracting. I remember bending my penis until it popped (painlessly) as a child and I suspect this may have been what caused it.
Also as others have said, it's painless to begin with, but painful erections after ejaculation and even worse after repeated ejaculations. After 2 or 3 in a day I'll want to give myself a few days off to recover.

I can become erect and ejaculate at any time with ease, however if i then get an erection after masturbation or sex, I get a really bad muscle pain throughout my entire penis. I've found out that the muscle pain tends to be less painful after sex than it is with masturbation so I'm wondering whether the technique used might be having a bad affect on the penile muscle tissue? I get this same pain although when it occurs it almost feels as if it goes all the way back through the prostate. The pain usually lasts for minimal time but each time after becoming erect again the painful sensation is back. I'm only 25 and as all doctors have told me I should not be experiencing any problems with prostate I have no clue. There is no burning sensations and also as I have been tested for STDs I am completely clean and have no Issues becoming eréct it's just the pain that comes with the erection I cannot fathom

I have been having this problem since I was 12 or 13 (I am 20 now). It's really annoying and painful. Like you guys said it's like pressure on the inside or like someone squeezing it tightly.
