I might try the pin or heated paper clip methods others have posted, thank you everyone for the self experimentation to find what works.
Hi. I just want to say thanks to all you fellas who posted in here. I purchased a pencil tip soldering gun a while ago but only just recently got the courage to do it.
I had about 30 total. I'm in my early thirties. I had three BIG ones. Here is what I did.
One week ago I tackled the three big ones first. Being scared. I set the heat on the gun to 250c. It was not enough. I needed to get the gun to at least 350c.
I shut the bathroom door and turned the shower on warm. I was nervous and the steam in the room helped relaxed the boys. I soaked the tip of the iron in rubbing alcohol and swabbed the boys with the alcohol as well. Then I applied down numbing ointment to the area and waited a few minutes. Then I dove right in. I didn't hold the gun there long at all. It was just about 6 quick touches until the area around the dots turned white and the larger dots looked liked they opened up. Two of them bled pretty good. I got in the shower and washed with antibacterial soap and then put Neosporin on the areas directly after. Then the next two days I used aquaphor on the area. By day 3 everything healed and they were gone!!!
Fast forward to yesterday. I decided to tackle the remaining dots. All 30 of them.
I did the same prep and this time. It only took one or two touches to each spot. The skin around the areas went white and sort of pulled away a little. But the dots were gone. I was like a madman eliminating all of them. As of right now I no longer have any more places.
The only caution I would give is don't do as many as I did in one go. My boys ached and hurt a LOT the rest of the day. It was insanely uncomfortable and I'm glad I didn't have anywhere to go.
This saved me. I have hated these things for years and I had so many of them. Now my boys look normal again. I can't believe this worked.
Remember you just need a quick tap. And sometimes 3-5 repetitions on the same spot if its a bad one.
Other than that. Be sure to sterilize everything and use ointment to avoid infection.
I seriously wan to buy the guy who suggested this a beer or twelve.
I can't possibly thank everyone here enough! I read all 18 pages of discussion about this before getting up the courage to try out the soldering gun. I figured it's better than going to a dermatologist, spending a lot of money for laser treatment and then having the dots coming back afterward. What a waste.
I had dozens and dozens of the nasty looking blood spots for several years. Too many to count really. I would guess 30-50 on each testicle, some tiny, some really big, many in between. I decided to do a test and only burn the left side first it was the worst side - that way I could get a side-by-side comparison when I was done.
I got a fine-tip soldering gun, took a shower, and bathed by balls in rubbing alcohol. Before the gun got hot I did a couple of dry touches to get the nervous tick out of my hand. I made sure to stretch out the skin on my scrotum to make sure the bumps were raised a bit.
The "pop" that other people describe is right on the money, and you can see a pretty substantial change right away. The spots turn whitish and in a few minutes scab over. When the larger ones didn't pop with a split-second touch I chose to keep the tip on a bit longer. I tried to keep lightly touching bit by bit, but found that idea to be less effective than just keeping the tip touching the skin a little bit longer.
I took another shower, soaped up, and got out and did another isopropyl alcohol rinse. It didn't sting or anything, but I then put on some standard underwear and went about my day. It took about three days for the scabs to go away, it was a bit itchy from time to time but not a big deal overall.
The difference was amazing! I went ahead and took care of the right side in the same fashion. After a week or so I went over both testicles again. It's weird, but the fewer bumps there are the more you are able to notice the ones that are still there - due to missing them, having to re-burn them, etc.
Final verdict: It works! I feel so much more confident and I don't have to explain to women why my balls look weird. If you're like me and have many of these you might have to repeat the process twice or more like I did. That said, it's definitely worth it. Take your time, don't be in a hurry, and be ready for your balls to look younger, and better.
