Hi I'm 14, almost 15 and for the past year or two there has been yellow spots under my foreskin. Also when I pull it back it is attached to the head and there are 3 little white spots on the bit of skin holding it to my 'head' is there meant to be that bit of skin and how to I get rid of these spots?
