Check for gout
Hey there. I know your comments are over a year old, but the same problem has prompted me to research. I have discovered that drinking more than two glasses of wine or not drinking my usual 2 litre of water (per day) causes the stiffness all over..feels a bit like my bones have dried out. I've tested this theory on several occasions and slight dehydration seems to be my cause.
What you call Bad Circulation is more commonly called heart failure. Your blood is flowing just fine but your heart cant pump it around well enough so you get fluid retention while asleep. Note that it could also have other reasons and it could be harmless but bad circulation isnt harmless, unfortunately, so lets hope you are wrong that its really caused by your circulation.
You do not eat food that you prepared, what food do you eat? I would like to let you know that purchased food already prepared by someone else has 10 times more salt in it then something you make it home ....salt is used as a preservative
i do not drink any caffeine. I do drink soda but caffeine free like diet squirt, diet sprite etc.

I don’t know if you’ll see this or not, but I’m a 25 year old female who has been having similar symptoms to yours for about a year. Did you figure anything out?
It could be arthritis and it is really important to see a rheumatologist as soon as possible to slow down the condition.
