This is kind of creepy because I'm 15 and have a major test, at first I though I had the urge to throw up and the dizziness is because of stress. After reading your post I did drink some water, it didn't really work I still fell like throwing up and the dizziness is still there.

I have the same problem and I'm also 13. I cant sleep because sometimes it's so hot and then it gets so cold so quick. Fever of course. I eat as much as I can to stay healthy and not starve my self but I always feel like throwing up. And when I walk or sometimes blink my eyes I get dizzy. My showers always make me dizzy no matter the temperature of the water. I'm thinking about going to see a doctor if it doesn't get better. You should too if you have the same problem.

You could send in an allergy test for food. My boyfriend and his sister are both elegiac to dairy, gluten, and soy. It could be possible for you to be allergic, it can make your stomach very harsh.

I completely understand what you are saying. I had that problem when i was 13 too. Now I am 15. According to what you have told me, it seems that whenever you get up, or move, then the blood rushes in your head, which is what is making you dizzy and nautious. When you become nautious, it makes you want to sleep or either throw up, even though nothing comes out. As for your poo, that means that there is some kind of food that you are eating that is upsetting your stomach. I wouldn't sleep all the time. Sure it makes you feel better, but you'll feel even better when you walk around and do something that will help you. I'm warning you, when you walk, or do anything active, at first, it's gonna hurt like a (excuse my language) b***h. But gradually, it'll feel better. As for your bloated stomach, Bloating is in the eye of the beholder. To some, it means excessive belching. To others, it means passing gas excessively. So try drinking a lot of water for that. Or you might just be on your period, or if you have not gotten it, then you might get it soon. I hope I was helpful.

Ok so I completely understand what you are saying. I had this problem too when i was 13, now I'm 15. The headaches and the feeling of being dizzy happen because when you stand abruptly after not feeling well for a certain time being, then the blood rushes and swishes around in your head. This has happened to me many times before, and i actually have passed out. It's not fun. The feeling of throwing up is also an effect of the blood rush in your head, even though nothing comes out of your mouth. As for the bloating, bloating is in the eye of the beholder. To some, it means excessive belching. To others, it means passing gas excessively. So the only thing that I can suggest is drinking as much water as you possibly can. That's the best solution. As for the pooping problem, it means that there is something that you are eating that is upsetting your stomach. And I wouldn't just sleep all the time. but would walk around. I know that sounds like it's gonna hurt, and trust me, it will. It's gonna hurt like a (excuse my language) b***h. But it's the best way to get rid of this pain. It'll become easier. trust me. And if none of these explanations seem logical, then I would then assume that you are on your period, or if you are not, then you are going to get it soon. When you get your period, these are a few symtpoms. It's not strange, but actually quite common. I still have these feelings of dizziness, and all that. So I hope that I was able to help!
Hope you feel better! :)
