My girlfriend and i have just tried anal sex two days ago. Everything seemed fine and we used lubrication so it wasn't rough for her. but last night she started getting bad stomach cramps. she has also been tired, cold, and hungry a lot. We did not use a condom but i never came so there was no semen that could run down to her vaginal area. I have never been with another girl so i can't possibly have any STD's. Anyways today she has also been having stomach cramps and is tired and i was wondering what could be wrong? I am very scared for her and i do not know what to do. please reply back ASAP
The anus is not equipped or made for intercourse. The sex probably caused her bowels and anus some discomfort. I suggest you stop using this method of intercourse.
She should see a doctor about this. If she's embarrassed, she should understand that doctors shouldn't be shocked about this subject and should be compassionate on the matter.

Honey, The anus is a perfectly fine organ for intercourse. Just like the mouth and the vagina. The problem with you GF maybe a few things depending on the severity of the symptoms.
1 It could be trapped air. When having anal sex sometimes you can push air into the anal tract which then becomes caught and may take 24 hours to release. It's not the same as when you pass gass.
2 Anal trauma. Even vaginal sex will have a little trauma. a little fever, a little discomfort, should go away in a little while. a week or so. Well....depending on how much trauma.
3 Everything else. Sweetie you can always go to planed parenthood. They are required to keep confidentiality. You can pay cash ..so no worries about health insurance information. They can't tell your parents unless you are under age. Even then it's iffy. Check their website for locations.
4 Always better to be safe than sorry. Go see a doctor honey. Always use a condom..and anal sex is not a full-proof method of prevention.... a condom is always the way to go.
.....and you with the response...... shame on you pushing your small-minded morals on children. Don't mis-inform the young when they come to you for help. You breed ignorance and kill our future as intellectuals.

I've been with my boyfriend for a year. We've both been tested for HIV and STD's. I tried anal for the first time today and he was very gentle , used lube and it was highly satisfying as an alternative to vaginal sex. I too am having some cramping but after reading your post above I'm sure it's trapped air. Thanks
Love that, beautifully said. The truth.
You are an amazing human
I'm agreeing with you I had anal for first time today (we've been working up to it for me ) and I just started getting a tummy ache it feels similar to trapped air. Trying to use the bathroom has helped me ease some of the air out! Not that it would for everyone I found the responses here informative and appreciated the information a bunch
