Well I looked it up if you feel more than one of these small ball like structures on you lip (inside) they are most likely salivary glands not the major ones such as the one under your tongue or by your jaws but the other hundreds of salivary glands that surround your mouth to help keep it moist
Mine isn't on the inside of my mouth though. It's under the skin on my bottom lip like where when it's swollen from messing with it I get insecure that people might be able to see it but it just looks like swelling. Been there a couple weeks and now has a twin right next to it!

I had the same thing, and removed it with the tiny scissors on my little Swiss Army knife. Soak the scissors in alcohol, Roll your lip over and get the scissors to where they just pinch the skin on both sides of the hard build up. Carefully cut and the hard "rock" should come out. A little bleeding but it doesn't hurt.
I did this about 5 years ago and it took that long to come back. If it comes back again I may show it to my dermatologist.

Guys I have the sane thing, lower lip, very movable and small (about 4X3 MM), but hard. There is also this weird tail attached to it, which is about 1 cm long and goes down the lip (dont know if it is connected) Any experience ? I am worried is Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma.

I believe that a dentist put mine in and he refused to take it out. It is a tracking device. I will get it out somehow.
