What is NSAID? I am having this problem for over three years. It starts around 3 PM almost everyday and if I sleep for half hour I get relief.

ENTs and other doctors havent been able to diagnose this. Any help is appreciated. It just wears me down when the pain starts.

NSAIDS are anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen and Naproxen Sodium

ie cellulitis (inflamation of the cells caused by a baterial infection, most likely staph, sometimes MRSA). I have the same symptoms - feels like I've been punched in the nose for no apparent reason and after reading a lot of other people's accounts and replies from doctors too, I believe this is what it is. It can, in rare cases, spread to the eyes and nose apparently, so it's a good idea to go to the doctor sooner rather than later, who will likely prescribe antibiotics, hopefully performing a culture first to make sure you're on the right ones. Hope this is helpful and good luck.

I've just read your post and can relate to your complex story, as I'm experiencing nearly identical issues. I'd love to hear from you.

I have had pressure pain at the bridge of my nose for months which also give me a headache at the front of my heaf. It's not sinusitis although I have suffered with it in the past.
I have had a CT scan which shows all is fine. My consultant prescribed amitriptyline ( which is for depression! ) i am not depressed and you can become dependant on antidepressants, I don't know why he prescribed them to be honest.
I live with this every day. All I was told that quite a lot of people suffer with this problem and they don't know why, not much help.
I don't know what to do , cocodamal doesn't even stop the pain.

I was diagnosed 10 years ago with Sjosgrens Syndrome, I take plaquenil so that helps to keeps some of the symptoms dormant. 4 months ago I started feeling pain and pressure behind the bridge of my nose, eye pain when I move them, pain and sensitivity on my upper teeth, intermittent aches on my temples, forehead, back of the head and neck pain, what else my god! I have been on antibiotics for 8 weeks and I am not still well, so I have to go 2 more weeks to see if it finally helps. The doctor says that Sjosgrens Syndrome plays big part, dry mucous is part of the problems with Sjogrens and the response to the antibiotics has been very slow. I hope when I am done with my 10 week of antibiotics I feel well. I am really exhausted, if I use sprayup my nose with anything it hurts more, I have to cover my nose with a scarf everyday, because the cold wind or weather makes my pain go up. It is a bad situation. I hope to get better, I will keep trying until I get relief.
