Do not forget that Mammograms are not perfect. The Lymphatic Lymph nodes are most likely not seen in a mammogram as they are very close to your chest wall. The best way to notice that you have something wrong, is to do the breast check manually and using an oily massage cream to do it with a minimum of 2 fingers. Only than you will be sure of any problems. You should also have someone pass their fingers in your back, between your shoulder blades and pushing slightly on each side of the spine to check on possible pain in these areas. Remember to stay away from underwire bras as they are well known to cause breast cancer.

Hi I'm 23 and I have a small ball in my left breast I had it since I was 18 ,I got my breast checked out and got a biopsy this was last year it was b-9 but now I've been getting sharp pains through my left breast around where the lump is I'm not exactly sure why but I'm scared and I need some type of advice before I go to the doctor.
