The only worst effect of masturbation is that you tend to develop a lot of last for women. Masturbation this way leads you to sin, you sin by simply admiring a woman whom you visualize to be making love with during masturbation. Jesus in the Bible said "verily verily I say unto you ! who so ever looks a a woman and last after her has committed adultery in his or her heart". This is where masturbation becomes sin in the bible context. You will see after the act the act is performed you tend to be guilty.

Jesus was actually saying - Adultery is done in the mind and completed even before the actual physical encounter with the woman  is done.

The side effect of masturbation is therefore a Sin. It good to marry rather than masturbate or endure avoiding the sin.

 

There is no problem with masturbating more than once or twice a day - you will just run out of cum. Pimples aren't related to how often you cum, they are just an other change in your body as part of growing up. You will just run out of cum if you masturbate more than once - you will just get some of the feeling of cumming but no thing will cum out of your penis.

The only real bad thing that can happen is that over a very long period of time from constant hand manipulation (over masterbating) when you decide to have intercourse, it will be harder for you to be able to climax because you will be so used to the constant feel and finish of your hands.....
