Fat Burning Soup Recipes
I make the following...

1 Large onions
2 Green or red peppers
2 Cans - stewed tomatoes
1 Bunch - Celery
1 Package - Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Chicken Soup Mix
1 Head - Cabbage
1 bunch green beans
1 package mushrooms
1-2 bunches spinach
1 bag carrots
1 bunch broccoli

minced garlic to taste
Salt, Pepper, spices to taste

Directions

1) Cut vegetables into small to medium pieces and cover with approximately 3 gal of water

2) Boil fast for ten minutes,

3) Add 2 cups brown rice and bring to biol once again

4) Reduce to simmer continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

Yummy and good for you!

I have done the diet 3 times and it works fine. Just fruits and veggies and certain fish. if you exercise and drink only water. you can lose 2-3 lbs a day. if no exercise you loose 1 lb a day. no starches.  ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** web addresses not allowed***
