Could I ask who your surgeon is and what your implant was? I need a third rhinoplasty and am frightened; Dr. Romo told me any further surgery meant I could lose my nose.

Hmmm...the same can be said about a hired hand on the payroll of a plastic surgeon posting NEGATIVE things (especially everything in CAPS!) about a much more capable plastic surgeon he is in competition with!

What implant did he use in you, Medpor?

I'm sorry, but this reads like a staff member wrote this review. There is a similar review on Real Self. Nowhere did this person say had implants. The horrible thing? I went to Romo to fix MY crooked implant, and he treated me terribly. Now I'm so desperate I'm considering going back to him because at least he uses them.

I want an answer from you. I want to know what implant he put in your nose, and who you are, because I think you are misleading desperate, hopeless patients on purpose.

I too had rhinoplasty done by Dr.Romo. Although I do like my results, he also left guaze in my nostrils.After I complained for two about not being to breathe , I went back to him and. During the exam he pulled out the guaze but he tried to act as though it was routine.

Hey! I just wanted to see how your columellar strut was doing. Dr. Romo recently suggested the same for me. Any issues or complications? I liked his computer imaging but I'm nervous about the Medpor.

Good day everyone. I went to see Doctor Romo for consultation about nose job. After reading some posts here I Don't even know what to think. My biggest fear that the actual results not gonna meet my expectations. and it will be even worse than u have now . because now u have to adjust to your new look that u don't even like , rather then don't do surgery at all and just be happy with what u have. All pictures on the computer (simulator) they do - just pictures , than u signing the papers that u Ok with everything and whatever will happen - just happen , deal with it .

Some nose surgeons use a special material named MEDPOR to rotate the nose tip. There are other surgeons which use septum cartilage for this which is much better. MEDPOR is known to cause infections

Romo destroyed my nose...3 operations ..one worse than the other...Needed to go to an ENT because there was crusting and bleeding EVERY DAY and my Left nostril was so filled with scar tissue I could only breathe out of one nostril ..ROMO last excuse to me after destroying my nose was “ IT IS WHAT IT IS”.. a real callous POS..

I also had my nose done by Dr. Romo about 6 months ago. I wish I never did it. My nose is crooked! My nostrils are different shapes. Everyone stares at me on the train and at work. It's awful. I went him for him to do a nose lift. Oh my gosh! I'm so stressed out! He's now telling me I have to pay for another surgery! Why am I paying for what he did.
