This is the first I've heard of more than three and i am / sad to say ? I have 8 on one side and 2 now on the left it is getting heavy and really scary as all but the third and obviously 2 original have grown in the last 4 years. I am 54 and and have 3 healthy children , one worn out Girl friend and an unsasaible? sex drive? every day I seek relief no joke. I am growing tired and wonder where to turn Guinness world book? No insurance and just not sure I want removal ? I had ultrasound at 50 and they said its fine that was a six pack ago? We need to stop telling boys to grow a pair some will and one has four times over!!

i too was born with three as well;which i have surgery back in 1980's to have one removed due to injury; but when i had my surgery dr.william perry in florida told me that this is happens alot more than you might think.anyways after my surgery and after i went home i noticed i had a lump on one of my other two balls and i called the dr,he said it was normal becouse its where he had to cut out the third ball,and it would be there from now on.and today its still there too,sometimes it couses my pains,but guess its normal i dont know??

My name is jimmy and i also have this condition of three testies. I have 2 on left side and 1 on right. Jus went to the doc and got ultrasound to mke sure itz not cancer or a lump but the doc told me that u got 3 testies. And itz very rare. My balls feel heavy already lol
It's called polyorchidism. Just because there is three you would think they would be more fertile. However, it causes infertility. Only 200 cases have been recorded in the literature. Hope I have been of some help.

OMG! I just noticed yesterday that theres an additional testicle on my right and im very worried and disappointed now. im 30 years and i never had any problem on sex and i never had any pain on my penis and testis but however im very worried now about what just happened.

My baby boy has three balls and I'm wondering if it really cause a cancer? He is only 2 years old the other testicle is bigger to the right side the left side has two balls.
My boyfriend has 2 normal size ones and then 1 small testical does this apply?
