I have the same problem and it's messing up my sex life. I looked it up and it could be this.

I saw your post and I wanted to say I’m only thirteen and I have never had sex. I have these weird white lumps on both the inside and outside and you can only see them when you pull it out as well. I’m really worried about it but I know that it couldn’t be hpv or stv. Maybe it’s just normal, who knows? But sometimes I do get really worried about it.
Do they have a little white head to them and about the size of a pen nib?

Fordyce, basically clogged oil glands. People can get them on the insides of their lips (mouth), under their eyes or labia.

I have diabetes so I get yeast infection a lot well I’m 33 and been getting them since I was 12 well Recently I got the flu so I had to take antibiotic which always gives me a yeast infection this particular time I knew I had a yeast infection but wasn’t able to get to get a doctors appointment then I started my period so to make a long story short I had busiest evection for over a month because I’m used to them And diabetic I never did get all the symptoms of actual yeast infection My body do not produce insulin so I take shots three times a day when I don’t take care of myself and I get sick I pee out a lot of sugar which causes the yeast infection To make a long story short I had a yeast infection for over a month and then lots of tiny white bumps appeared in the opening of my vagina and they seem to spread everday so after about four days of having the tiny white bumps which look like very small pimples that dnt hurt at all I went to the doctor and my OB/GYN told me she didn’t know what they were but could be because of the yeast Infection i also had the discharge of a yeast infection so I got treated for a yeast infection I took One pill of Diflucan and I also got the seven day cream which I rubbed on the white bumps three days after the first pill I took a second pill and the tiny white bumps disappeared

I think I have the same thing except ive never had sex before and never kissed anyone so i know for a fact its not HPV. They are really small and they seem to make up my labia minora. you can only really see them when you rub against the 'grain' and they look like lifted up taste buds (same look if you rub your tongue and you see individual buds in the mirror) could they be Vulvar vestibular papillomatosis (VP) with vulvar vestibulitis syndrome (VVS)?
