They aren't related to HPV whatsoever. I have them and am 100% a virgin - absolutely zero sexual activity ever. It just so happens that the majority of the population has HPV. The two are not related.

Finally found how to search what I have, so this is my theory because well from what I'm reading, the oil build up makes sense.
I had mine after I had my son 7 years ago, I don't normally touch down there other then to wash, but over the years I'd check on that "hard pimple-oil" when I started noticing more, just as with everything. My body is telling me something. The more I gained weight the more these came out, this is my theory for my body.
When I started using a cleanse that was usefull for the pancreas as well. They were vanishing, not this happened many times. Them being oil masses makes sense....
I'm too oily -.-
I'm glad I found this page :)

If you give a good description of your situation, what they look like how big are they where exactly are they shaved or to shaved and what colour are they then it will help to say what they can be. Its no good asking for information without giving good details because everyone is different.

It is normal and just how the skin of the vulva is.

Tea tree is powerful, so is hyssop and silver. Garlic when pounded and taped over something overnight does miracles- even curing spinal meningitis in a child when taped to his inner wrist overnight (pulse points eventually affect the whole body. Thanks for sharing.

These bumps may occur from the type of soap or body wash you use and it maybe too sensitive for your vaginal area. Also, what type of underwear do you wear. If they don't have a cotton crouch this may cause irritation too. Do you wear tight jeans? This cause irritation because your vaginal area can"t breathe. Make sure when you have a bowel movement that you wipe away from the vaginal area when cleaning. If not bacteria can get up in there.

They are called Fordyce spots, some people are more prone to them others aren't, they are tiny, painless bumps in the labia, men can get them in the penis as well.
