Oh my goodness, I am an 31F and this is me exactly. I deal with some dizziness, light-headedness, eye-tiredness, and shakiness… I moved away from my family a year and a half ago (far away to where I can't really drive to see them in a wkd) and my doctor told me it was anxiety. I had 2 MRI's and blood work that all checked out clear.. and migraine meds make me sick and depressed. How are you doing lately? Has anything changed?

Hi, I'm 33M and I can say for myself, after about 8 months since experiencing this, it is most likely caused by anxiety/depression indeed. I also found the symptoms tend to present themselves when I haven't slept enough, and strangely also after having a big meal (it's happened a couple of times after eating medium-rare cooked beef).
The good news is that I haven't had episodes while driving (as it first appeared) since I acknowledged it was all in my head —figuratively, since MRI also came out normal. I have tried meditation through the Headspace app, kept well-hydrated, sleeping enough, and better balancing my workload which has helped reduced stress.
I hope this helps, and others can confirm or deny whether they've run through similar experiences.

I have had the same problems, going back 4 years. I thought it was my eyes, but not so. Eye doctor gave me several eye drops. Did not help. Couldn't find anything wrong with my eyes. Have had brain tests, nothing there. I really can't stand how I feel every single day, all day. The only thing that helps is to lay down and close my eyes.

I have depression and anxiety since my early twenties when I was dxd with hypothyroidism. Your drs need to check your thyroid levels (and antibodies), and vitamin levels too. Low vitamin D can cause the same symptoms. SIBO can too. Best thing to do is always go to your dr and rule out any of the previous I posted. Many foods can cause issues like dairy and sugar. Journal every time you feel horrible. Was it a food you just ate? Environmental factors , bacterial/ virus infections / ear infections/ stress and thyroid disease are all linked. And don't let your dr just test your tsh. That's old testing. Drs should be testing the full thyroid spectrum- t3, t4, rt3, rt4, antibodies. Good luck and let's knock anxiety to the curb

I'm 16 years old and going through the same thing. I've struggled with extreme anxiety and depression for about 2 years now ever since my parents got divorced. The past 2 weeks have been so terrible for me. I randomly started getting headaches and nausea and my vision was feeling blurred even though it wasn't. I went to the doctors out of extreme fear of a brain tumor. I had MRIs done Ct scans done and bloodwork and everything you can think of and it all came back clear. BUT my anxiety was so bad I didn't believe it. In the end I ended up seeing 5 different doctors who all told me I was fine. It took me a good week of panic attacks and extreme anxiety to finally recover. Now that all of it has subsided I have this weird feeling and it won't go away almost like I'm in a dream and I don't belong here and it's really hard to explain but a weird spacey feeling basically and it doesn't feel normal. I explained to my mother because she deals with anxiety and depression too and she explained that it's probably derealization but we aren't sure because I'm not getting the out of body experiences like everyone else has been explaining. I know it's all due to anxiety and depression but I can't stop thinking about it and I know that's not gonna make it go away but it's like obsessive thoughts and it's making me suicidal. Last night I was completely distracted and I somewhat felt normal and I was excited because I thought it went away but I woke up this morning with the same feelings and I'm scared I'll be like this forever.

Hi! I don't know if this is already on this post but thought I'd just put this here. If your experiencing these symptoms maybe look into getting your Thyroid checked out? I have hypothyroidism (where my thyroid doesn't produce enough of a key metabolism regulating hormone.) and before I was diagnosed I felt tired all the time, "out of my mind", and would have foggy spells with both my eyes and my mind. Since I got on meds I've felt a whole lot better! Just another avenue to check out, good luck!
