I also had a root canal that failed, and the endodontist had to go back several times to work on it. It seems that my symptoms started after all of this tooth stuff started. Very interesting...

I've suffered some of the same types of symptoms and did an internet search on tired eyes and dizziness and read about something called Convergence Insufficiency.  It has to do with your eyes not being able to focus well. Might be a good idea to get your eyes checked, specifically ask if they can test for this.  Good luck.

I too have this weird feelings. -tired -dizzy sometimes -weird vision -unable to concentrate -cannot stay still -panic and scared -fear of heading outdoors -fear of places with bright lightnings -used to love the great outdoors, not anymore -vision seemed to be messed up especially with crowds -fear of being at crowded places -things just seemed different than before -out of the world feeling feels like I don't exist or dreamy or drunk -unable to communicate with people well In fact these only comes after my septorhinoplasty surgery 2 months ago. My surgeon says these has nothing to do with it and I've been to CT scan, blood tests and an eye check all negative. Probably I wasn't satisfied with my nose job result but usually I wouldn't be really bothered bout my looks. I've never had anxiety or depression before so something must be really wrong.

In fact these only comes after my septorhinoplasty surgery 2 months ago. My surgeon says these has nothing to do with it and I've been to CT scan, blood tests and an eye check all negative. Probably I wasn't satisfied with my nose job result but usually I wouldn't be really bothered bout my looks. I've never had anxiety or depression before so something must be really wrong. I used to be a very active person. I love heading outdoors, going under the sun to the beaches and stuff. Now I fear of doing anything.

Need help here, seriously. It's affecting my life even the docs have no idea which is kinda frustrating. My ENT doc who did my surgery says I'm normal but hell I'm not.

I feel your pain. I too experience the same things but mine is constant. I have been diagnosed  with Irlen Syndrome (Scotopic sensitivity syndrome) mine is the worst case they have ever seen, Lights are my enemy no matter the sources, in particularly compact fluorescents which are everywhere. Even though my home is dimly lit with indirect soft light (lamp and shade) I can only keep them open for so long (no more than 4 hours) then its an absolute nightmare that eyedrops no matter the brand cannot ease the burning even temporarily. I have been to the specialists and have had every test done on me and all seem to come back just fine..but I am not fine. No one seem to know whats going on with my eyes. My teenages are so annoyed with me becasue in their eyes the house is too dark for me it is the complete opposite.

I wish that someone somewhere would help me. I am trying to finish University which I had started back in September of 2010, I am 8 classes from graduating (it has been a battle to try and stay focus and bear the burning while at lectures) I have always been an out going person, but for the past 3 years or so I most of my time is spent in my room (it is the only place where I can find some comfort.

Plz get your Vitamin B12 test and see if there is any deficiency. You may need to take supplement for Vitamin B12 or injections as per the doctors advice. I have the similar symptoms and it was detected that there is a deficiency of B12 in me.

Hey Sofies Mom, have things gotten better at all? I had a lot of the same symptoms you had, and actually took T-BIO a supplement that help's with Meniere's disease, but that didn't seem to help.

It sounds like what many of you are describing is anxiety related. I suffered from panic disorder for many years and a key symptom of generalized anxiety and panic is a persistent fear of medical issues, which can lead to obsessive research into possible illnesses, conditions, physiological ailments, etc.
