Hi NOT A GOOD CHOICE:

I am sorry to learn that you have suffered an involuntary circumcision in violation of your human rights to bodily and physical integrity.

At this point, your best option may be foreskin restoration.

It is possible to extend the residual shaft skin on a circumcised penis to form a new foreskin and has been done or is being done by hundreds of thousands of men.

The decision to restore one's foreskin is a personal decision. It depends on how strong one’s feelings are about one’s unwanted non-voluntary circumcision, because foreskin restoration by tissue expansion is somewhat slow. Some men think it is worthwhile to restore and others don't think so.

Some believe that foreskin restoration goes much faster when one is young because there is more growth hormone in the body. The stretching causes tissue expansion and permanent growth of the length of your foreskin.

Foreskin restoration was known in ancient times, but the technique was lost and rediscovered in the late 20th century – about 40 years ago.

Foreskin restoration works by "tissue expansion". When traction is applied to skin to keep it under tension, the skin reacts by expanding to relieve the tension. New skin cells are formed and the skin under tension expands. This is a permanent increase. Cells divide to create two skin cells out of one. The process is called "mitosis".

For foreskin restoration the shaft skin is placed under longitudinal tension, which causes it to expand so as to make it longer. As the shaft skin gets longer, one starts to see little wrinkles in the skin. As elongation continues, skin will start to pile up in the coronal sulcus. Then, with increasing length, the shaft skin will start to lap over the head in a little fold. This is the start of the new foreskin. Since a double layer is needed, quite a lot of skin must be created.

Continued stretching and skin expansion will eventually cover the head of the penis with foreskin. Over the longer term, it is possible to create a foreskin that is long enough to cover the erect penis.

Foreskin restoration improves appearance. As the foreskin lengthens, the scar from the circumcision is covered over and disappears. The result is a very natural appearing foreskin that is very difficult to distinguish from a natural foreskin.

The procedure does not use drugs or surgery and the medical profession is not involved in any way. Non-surgical foreskin restoration is very safe and painless.

The restored foreskin keeps the glans penis moist and sensitive. The layer of keratin on the glans of the circumcised penis sloughs off after a period of constant coverage by the restored foreskin. The surface becomes softer to the touch.

Foreskin restoration cannot restore the frenulum, nor can it restore the heavily innervated ridged band, however, a restored foreskin does have sensation. Morever, the increased skin mobility allows better stimulation of the remaining nerves.

Foreskin restoration has beneficial sexual and emotional effects.

Foreskinned males who have inadequate short foreskins may use the same techniques to lengthen their existing foreskin.

There are now several good devices on the market to make foreskin restoration go faster.

Search the Internet for "foreskin restoration" for more information.

Have you tried using a penis health creme?  These cremes are awesome for all sorts of skin issues down there.  The creme I use contains Vitamin E and shea butter, which might really help with your irritated skin.  Just rub the creme into your penis skin every morning and let it do the work.  Totally easy and effectve.  Hope this helps and good luck.

Hey all,

As I had this same problem myself (emphasis on HAD), I thought I'd share my solution. It's a bit 'odd', but my buddy suggested it and I have no regrets.

Step 1- Masturbate with a condom. Sounds weird, but this will get your head used to the feel etc, and lower the pain over time. Also avoids the embarrassment of pain during sex.

Step 2- Use a masturbator. Get one of the $20 things on amazon, lube it, and use it bare. After a couple dozen uses on a nightly basis, or even sooner, you'll be wondering what the big deal was.

Honestly, this worked better for me than the whole shower idea some people gave me. Took 3 weeks, and now I can have sex, no pain. Sure, if its dry or I've just finished, its a little sensitive , but that's unavoidable.

Uncircumcised is not the problem, problem is your mindset. Uncircumcised is just accepted by the society and that's why everyone wants to have that kind of penis. But the truth is that, women like uncircumcised. Uncircumcised gives them more pleasure than a circumcised. The skin in the vagina gives them an extra feeling of pleasure than a circumcised. If yours is short and uncircumcised than their are 100% chances that it can grow by exercises, but in case of circumcised they grow only 1 or 0.5 inches. Mine uncircumcised was just 4 inches 2 years ago, I reduced a little weight did some stretching exercises and after 2 years it's a a little more than 6 inches. Uncircumcised is a gift. Accept it, or better enjoy it

I am 38 years old, and have this problem still, but have successfully had sex with different women since I am 17. The first time is the worse. It hurts but the pleasure is far more intense than the pain. I have consulted two urologists so far, and they have both told me the same: That if I decide to get circumcised, I could end up losing much of my sensitivity. An uncircumcised penis is far far more sensitive than an uncircumcised one, which is why most circumcised men need to be given blow jobs to get an erection, as normal touching does not do it for them. I can get an erection without any touching, just by looking at a nude woman I am ready! Uncircumcised men also produce natural lubrication (pre-cum), which almost entirely disappears with circumcision. I have had sex for 20 years without much discomfort, just make sure you insert your penis into your girl without exposing your glans, let it open on its own while inserting it. Trust me, its great! One problem you will need to take care of is hygene after you have sex. Make sure you rinse it after you have sex, otherwise the smell can get intense. If you masturbate (which I still do often), make sure to retract your foreskin when you are about to come so that your semen shoots out instead of inward, which may stay underneath your foreskin and cause it to smell. Hope my recommendations help. I would not recommend circumcision, it may be horrible as I have been told it will reduce your sensitivity.

wow you guys are nuts. you really have not idea what you are talking about when it come to circumcised guys. I know and have had sex with lots of cut guys. I know a lot of uncut guys too. It totally depends on the guy and actually has little to do with whether he's cut or not how sensitive he is. My last 2 boyfriends were both cut and were both way more sensitive than I ever have been. I wasn't cut until later in life and sex/masturbating has always felt better for me since after the circ. Most of what you read about the 90 or 95% loss of sensitivity is just the pro-intactivists who have no idea what they are talking about. Do some surveys of people who got the cut done after puberty and after having a healthy sex life. I never lost any sensitivity at all and like sex better now, there's never any stretching or pulling going on.
If it's too sensitive, you need to force yourself to rub it man or its not gonna get desensitized and used to it. like pulling weeds too long you'll get blisters and sore hands but if ya do it for a while your skin will toughen and get used to it. Your knob has always been protected inside that foreskin thing. it needs to get used to getting touched is all.

As many people here have pointed out, touching your penis regularly when your foreskin is pulled back is the way to desensitising it. At first it will feel painful but over time you will get used it and it won't bother you when having sex. Touch it in the bath or shower and get comfortable rubbing it with your fingers. I'm 35 now and have had this all my life and although my penis is probably more sensitive than the average dude I can have regular sex with the hood pulled back and it feels great!

Touch it often and built up to more aggressive touching over time.

That's the idea, touch it, touch it, touch it then rub it, rub it, rub it. Mine was super sensitive when I was a kid so somewhere in my 20s I got sick of that and did something about it. There was no internet to look to for help but when I was a teen some of us guys used to get together to play and the cut guys had ho problem with their glans being touched or rubbed when we masturbated. I figured it had to be due to it being outed from an early age and getting touched by everything it was near. So I decided to bare mine and force it to get used to being touched. I pulled it back and because it was sticky I cleaned it well using a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol. That was quite erotic in itself so touching and rubbing it after it dried was the desirable thing to do. At first I could hardly stand to touch it but I kept on doing this as often as I had time. Soon I was making time because it felt so good when I touched the dry bare head. I progressed to rubbing that dry bare head and then told myself that the only way it was going to be allowed back under cover was after it came. Soon I was able to rub and handle it just like the cut guys of my younger days. I have plenty of the important sensitivity with none of the pain and since then I have always masturbated dry and bare. I do think having it inside the foreskin when I'm not using it may preserve some of the desired sensitivity but I don't know because it doesn't get to be bare all the time so I can't compare that. After 50 years of dry bare rubbing it still feels as good as always.

I do know the cut guys of my youth enjoyed masturbating just as much as I did and it might have been more fun for them as they didn't have to be careful not to touch the head. They learned to be considerate of that when they did one of us cut guys and the first time I did one of them I was quite surprised to see it didn't bother them to have their bare head rubbed.

Yes !!! The pain of touching in penis head pains like never experienced pain in anypart of the body . It feels like too much uncomfortable Even I do have the same pain btw there's a cure apply it.
1) Pull backward your penis skin and uncover the penis head .
2) Keep the dickhead free from the skil for a while until its completely dry and smooth .
3 ) After it dry , Gently and slowly touch the dicked with the fingerprinted part of the thumb even you are feeling the pain but trust me it wont pain like the first touch .
4) Continue the step 3 until u'll feel alittlebit comfortable touching the dickhead .
5) Continue the step every week twice a day .
6) After a week ull not feel that pain !!!

For me, just watch some hentai or some sh*t to make your penis excited and energized which will decrease the feeling of pain and put on your underwear ( buy a tight one ) then go to sleep . This will kinda train it to be less sensitive, do it for maybe 2-3 months or so and always always always do it before sleep to make it more comfortable and less painful .
