I meant he has an enlarged prostate. He had turp surgery years ago and a small cancer was found. So he had the. Radiation seed implant. Has had no problems until lately with urinating or making love at 66 years old.

I suppose it is possible. As far as impossible, I think what you are referring to is during the process of ejaculation. The sphincter at the base of the bladder constricts the ureter to restrict the opening in the bladder. Basically, you would find it very difficult to urinate while ejaculating. This process can be obscured by a number of things though. Specifically, prostate surgery can impair the nerves to the sphincter allowing what is called a retrograde ejaculation. The semen is sent to the bladder, rather then through the penis. There is no long term harmful effect, other than you have a dry ejaculation. You would find it difficult to impregnate your partner if you suffered from this condition.

Thank you for your input. My partner is 56 with many health issues. I'm 46 and fairly healthy. Although he suffers ED he can still have an orgasm. This is a first for me and very concerning.
