use e45 that gets rid of the redness
I've been looking this up and your response is the closest to my problem. I am not having any pain with my itch; it just itches. I've had yeast infections before, but this feels different in the sense that its not as terrible as a yeast infection. So what does just an annoying itch mean? It happens when i ovulate. And then that's it.
I have the same symptoms, bad enough that I've had to use muscle relaxers after sex multiple times in the past. My doctor checked me for vaginosis, yeast infections, STDs, etc. She then told me she believes I have an imbalance in my vaginal pH as well as a condition called vulvodynia (which is what causes the extremely painful sex). She recommended I use a special wash to correct my vaginal pH and to monitor signs of when I may have painful sex and have pain relief (ice pack, ibuprofen, muscle relaxers, etc) on hand. Definitely makes ttc extremely difficult and frustrating. :( Apparently there really is no treatment for it and the cause is unclear. I've learned to manage it by recognizing the symptoms ahead of time and acting accordingly.
DO NOT use boric acid, it is a very dangerous chemical found in roach killing sprays and other insecticides!
Hi I'm having the same problems as everyone who has posted comments on here, We've been trying to get pregnant for 9 months now and I'm starting to wonder if this is why it's not possible, feeling like my dreams of becoming a parent are slipping out the window every month. Has anyone become pregnant with the symptoms? I've even had a laparoscopy and dye test and still nothing! :-(
I'm wondering if its a problem with ph levels if putting a frech garlic clove up there would help with the acidity?
I have had this issue on and off for a while and I noticed this time after ovulation that it came on sudden and this time I'm wondering if maybe I released 2 eggs instead of 1 and if the extra hormones messed everything up?
This might sound crazy but I have this on and off. So painful but u read try jock itch spray and let me tell you it has been the best relief. It burns at first but after that what a relief. My Dr. Said my PH was off so I also douche with vinegar and water 3 times a week. Good luck I feel your pain
Yes, I have also suffered from intense itch during ovulation. Lot of doctors dont even think that you might have too much good bacteria but the baking soda douche really does help. I encourage anyone to give it a try its definitely worth it!!!
Order Balance Complex on Amazon. It changed my life!!
I Pray you are right and thank you so much for posting this detailed helpful info!> I am going to try it ASAP!
Hey.....I used to have a similar issue : ) luckily I finally found something that helped me! And I am sorry you have been suffering each month.....trust me I know what you are going through. Anyway it sounds like your body ph is off......start drinking lemon water often....that's what helped me....Google the alkaline acid balance diet...hope this helps : )
Use pre-seed it brings up your ph which in turns helps with the symptoms.
I've experienced the same problems for the past couple years now, came to the conclusion it's all hormonal. Went on Prometrium mid-cycle since Im still menstruating and that saved me for a good year but now it's acting up again. Im 49, going into menopause now, had my hormone labs done via saliva (which is much more accurate than blood) and I was very low in progesterone. Im also taking 25mg of DHEA every morning to help the balance which is great as well. If dr. has tested ya'll for infections and everything is checking out negative for that, then get your hormones checked in depth to see what you are dipping or peaking in. Its all fixable with hormones and for some reason we forget to take that into account. Imbalanced hormones can happen any time in one's life, it's not just a peri or menopausal issue. I recommend every woman on the planet read Suzanne Somers AGELESS book. It's a wealth of important information and it got me on the right path to the choices I now make. Also, I've found the anti itch vag cream they sell at Walmart in the womens wellness section works wonders!!! Namaste!
It sounds like your ph levels are off. This happens usually after ovulation. I had a similar problem, and a combination of a baking soda douche twice a week, rubbing evening primrose oil. Also try Preseed, which is a lubricant for infertility that mimics your natural flora. It took me about 6 months to discover this
