Hello I had the same MRI result of "extensive sinus disease" with same symptom of vertigo. After three and a half weeks since onset (of what they called vestibular neuritis) I am relieved to no longer be vomiting but I am very unsteady with a constant swimmy and wooly feeling in my head. I have had three sessions of acupuncture and I am trying to keep moving as they say it helps the brain to adjust. I have seen no improvement in the past week and it is getting me down as I am losing so much pay. My sinus is not affecting me at all. I can breathe and smell. I had awful problems for decades with my sinuses but managed to clear them using Nasonex and stopping eating wheat and coffee for a few months. Clearly the effects of previous problems can be seen by MRI. The MRI operator said that he thought it might be a connection. So having read about your husband, I am wondering if he is actually right. But if it is true, what can we do? Is yr.our husband's condition resolved?

I have recently been diagnosed with sinus polyps in February, and recently started to feel pressure on my forehead, which is causing me to have ongoing headaches. The only way that I have been able to cure my pressure is a lot of rest. I also have a congested throat.

This happened to me, exactly. Almost no symptoms except pressure in the head and dizziness. Took several doctors, but one finally did an MRI, and sure enough, acute sinus infection; the infection was actually near enough to my brain that I could not go on a cruise we had planned.. After 2 rounds of strong antibiotics, I was better, but ended up getting them often enough that I had a sinus surgery.

I am trying to find treatment for a similar disease. Over 2 months ago I was diagnosed with Labrynthitis. I had severe dizziness and could not stand up. I also have a feeling of extreme pressure in both ears but it's much stronger in my left ear. I was told I had Tinnitus years ago and told to make sure I had background noise and that's all that could be done to help. The screeching and pressure in my ear has increased tenfold in the last two months. I also have occasional numbness on one side of my face and a very painful left cheekbone. I have had hearing tests, MRI and brain scan. These revealed a vacuum behind my left ear drum and I also have a 2cm polyp in my left maxillary sinus. Is everything related? Will I ever feel normal again?

I have had sinus inflammation WITHOUT MUCUS etc. most of my adult life, recently experienced vertigo and attacked sinuses with all things, antihistamine, decongestant, saline rinse, steroid spray, hot shower directed into ear, and each time the general head pressure went away as did vertigo. It is medically well-known that sinus inflammation can for several reasons cause dizziness, and or vertigo. I can breath pretty normally and little if no mucus but the sinus membranes are inflammed and that can cause the vertigo

Thank you for recommending Sinusalia - I am going to pick up some today! For the past 10 days I have been having short bouts of vertigo when turning from one side to the other in bed and then upon rising. This is always preceded by sinus airways clogging a bit, but there is no mucous or runny nose. Doctor put it down to ageism and had no suggestions other than it will pass. Will let you know how it works out! Maureen

Took Sinusalia for 5 days (the whole box) and could feel clearing starting at day one! Now it has cleared - no vertigo or cloudy sinus head anymore.

Sounds like everything I been going through for the past year and a half with no cure. It has taken over my life, I have no life now since I am always dizzy and migraines and nauseous all I can do is lay down 24/7 and now it has activated my anxiety again. I don't know what to do anymore. I used to live off of Advil congestion pills or allergy pills then I went about two years without them and now they don't work and only cause me more jittery and anxious. I'm going for my 4th deviated septum surgery in Jan. It's been about 16-17 years since my last one.
