It is a boil or infected hair follicle. Keep it clean, put peroxide on it with a cotton ball and then apply an antibiotic ointment to keep it from getting infected it should clear up within a few days if it does not then allow your primary doctor to look at it to make sure there's no infection in it you may need to be put on antibiotics.
Sounds to me like it's the Herpes Virus.
Sounds to me like it maybe the herpes virus complex if it has a white center and looks like a blister then I suggest you go to your primary doctor and get tested for the herpes virus good luck I hope you do not have the herpes virus because it is incurable but will go away in time and L-Lysine will help with reoccurring break outs.

I had the same thing turns out it was a really bad in grown hair, but I shave down there so that was the cause of the ingrown hair.
Sounds like a normal pimple on a sensitive area try asking a dr not the internet
so this happens from sweat and clogged porebthe best wa to treat it is to wash regularly but when they appear put a tiny buy of Neosporin on it it is from all the germs that cause it to be inflamed and irritated or infected.. oh and some times its an in grown hair check that as well
I had the same thing, it's because your body holders the fat you eat so all you do is to eat things with no sugar, also, if this happens more than ones, you should go to your doctor and he will give you tips! :)
It doesn't sound like an ingrown hair . Ingrown hairs don't typically enlarge to that extent. An ingrown hair usually has a large, dark brown to black nodule on the top. It could also be "a std" ... As you so consicely stated. The odds that a nodule hiding under your skin constitute having an std are ridiculous. Don't speak if you have no idea what you're talking about .

Get some nail clippers, pull up your unwanted groinguest and snip it from the bottom. Be sure to dab some isopropyl on the wound after to prevent scarring.

This sounds like an STD, herpes in particular, but it could be a formember of HPV or genital warts. I wouldn't know too much about that, I am not a doctor. But pimples or razor burn, these types of irritations are not transferrable. I recommend going to the dr.
As for the OP, I am a girl and get a similar pimple type thing every so often. No idea what it is. We should probably go to a dr too; however, I do not think it is an STD, more of an acne type thing... but then again I wouldn't really know. I do know HPV warts and herpes look differently and usually appear in the same place and hurt or itch. My pimple thing does none of that...
