Lesson #1.... NEVER COMPARE ANYTHING YOU SEE TO PORN!!!!! things in the porn world are much different than real life. infact there probably arnt a whole lot of things for the guys or the girls that people in real life would want to try. porn is "fake" (no emotion) and intense. so dont worry about that. now as for the glans problem. your head is sensitive because of your forskin. if you dont retract and clean it regularly then it will probably remain sensitive due to just not being "handled" also when you tried masturbating with your forskin retracted did you use any lube?? if not then yes there will be a lot of painful friction. the good thing is that when you hae sex your forsking glides back and forth over the head of the penis just as when you are masturbating. also, when having sex the female is normally quites wet and lubricated due to arousal as does your penis. because of this friction is reduced and also the inside of a vagina is much smoother than your hand or fingers.
hope this helps you have nothing to be ashamed of... but make sure you do wash your glans (head) regularly.
