hi,
I want to know how often and what the does of vitamin b6 and b12 is that ppl are self injecting? I understand that it aids in weightloss so I just need to know the does and frequency. Thanks
buy it at your animal feed store .. it is the same and you get 1000 ml. for about 20 dollars ...or buy online
you buy it over the counter at any drug store or groceery store that has a drug centre in it and the needles that you will need as well.
This is the dr bernstein way to do it without going to the clinic:
B6 - .35cc + B12- .35cc= .70cc (only 7/10 of a cc) – mix in same needle and do it 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
And for people saying 'whats a cc' its right on the syringe, the numbers labeled on it are cc's. Use a small insulin syringe like BD Ultra-fine II Insulin Syringe for U-100 insulin 1cc.
Hope that helps someone :)
