That's slightly odd. It shouldn't smell so much that you can smell it through your clothes and when the foreskin is not retracted...

try to shave it.. and rub your penis head with water after that wash it with soap and when you're going to sleep fold your penis and let it expose to the air... try this for a week it works

The best thing you can do is just have good hygiene. Make sure that your penis head is free of smegma and wash regularly with antibacterial soap. Does this help?
well i also have this smell issue ive tried warm water, baking soda, mouth wash, and anti biotic soap (which seems to work) but the smell still comes back and there is no visible segma and i can fully retract my foreskin with no pain any suggestions?
use lemmon, it works for me.
natural yogurt. ok its a little messy but not too bad.At night before you go to sleep, apply it all over your penis head and shaft.Then use a mesh type bandage and wrap it up nice and secure(not too tight).In the morning you can remove it and give it a quick wash. Do this every night for about 4 days and it should clear up the problem if it is a bacterial infection.

I HAVE THE ANSWER.. your penis smells underneath your foreskin because you do not pull it back when you are peeing..

I believe its from a man getting aroused and the penis secretes pre-ejaculation fluids. The fluids get dried up and stick to the head. It looks like moist cotton pieces. I have found that surgical alcohol works very well, and is near instant with it's results. Most chemist/pharmacies will sell this, it's neat alcohol used in surgical procedures. 96% proof. I have been using this method after every morning shower and have not had a issue with odour since. I can also go a few days without a though clean and the odour does not return.
I have had this issue since I was about 16, it really effected my life for a while.. I once have up a 3some because I was embarrassed that the smell might be there ! Anyway... About 7 years ago I was in Germany and spoke to a doctor there, they prescribed a gel called 'Tyrosur Gel' this gel is a Miricle I use I once every 5-7 days after a shower and it works all week no matter how many times you wash. The gel is a topical anti-biotic. You can get it from online pharmacy's (goldpharma) in 5g or 20g it's not expensive but the postage is cause it come from overseas. Worth a go though !!
