TRIED everything........ with so-so results.
THEN I found this recommendation from a doctor...........
Of course wash properly, you can also have a jar of baking soda in bath area, so at the end of your shower, put a tablespoon of soda powder in palm of hand and rub into your penile shaft........... it should cause no discomfort, gently rub.
In the morning or night too, when you are sitting down on toilet, give your penis and foreskin( if so blessed) a good douche with the following solution. The excess goes down the bowl. Then whip off.
I use a small squirt bottle, like hair dye use, you can get it at Sally's or Walmart. Leave it beside the toilet or cabinet.
1 teaspoon citric acid powder... you can get it at wine makers or baking stores
if you don't have citric acid use:
..... 1 teaspoons lemon juice+ 1 teaspoon apple cider vinagre+ drop or two of olive oil + drop of hand soup. Fill with water.
I use it in the morning as at night I seem to have seminal fluid from erections, not emissions.
Give it a two week try, its cheap and it worked
Try A&D salve, DollarStore stuff is fine, put in area between groin and legs also, under foreskin.
Also, drink 1 to 2 quarts of water a day....................
try to avoid fish product supplements some can make urine smell bad.
Just don't piss with your foreskin forward. pull it back, go pee and give a good shake. Forget about the saying about shaking more than once and make sure you get it all out; if you ever wore boxers and after peeing you still get dribbles down the leg you didn't shake/relax well enough.
Its worked for me well over 30 years.
I have gotten tis from a sexual partner. Have gotten infected with this before and it took 10 years with local antibiotics to get rid of it. Now I have it again on obe of my labias and this iz AWFUL! Docs wont admit it exists so youre on youre own.
Foul genital odor is usually caused by bacterial or fungal infection. Apart from washing properly with mild soap and pulling your foreskin down to get rid of whatever is collected underneath, you should also rinse well to wash away any soap residue. Also, dry your entire genital area completely before dressing up. Soap residues and moisture can harbor bacteria and fungi by providing them with an ideal environment to propagate. By making sure that there is no soap residues and moisture on your private parts, you keep the microbe population in your genitals to a minimum. Remember, the more bacteria and fungi present in your nether region, the more stinky excretions they produce. Some ToppCock male hygiene gel (look it up at Amazon) can also help keep microbes at bay and minimize the chances of you reeking down there.
Ok I've had this problem (and many others) and I'm here to share the BEST fix for this fungal/bacterial problem. Most the time, this is the issue, if not, please see a doctor or whatever. Here is the method: 1.) Pull back and wash foreskin while showering to remove all buildup under the foreskin. 2.) Take Fermented Veggies (this is VERY simple to make look up on YouTube) and you only need the juice. I use about 1 tablespoon of the liquid and after the shower you massage it (or slowly pour) onto your foreskin and get it all covered up. Just let it soak and then you can air dry and go on about your life. 3.) Repeat every few days and MAKE SURE to pull foreskin back when urinating so you don't get urine under foreskin. It helps, just be a little more patient when taking a leak. 4.) Be happy with no odor or bacteria/fungus issues. It works fast. Why does this work? In the same way we can have bad bacteria/fungal overgrowths in our gut (which causes lots of health problems) the same happens under the foreskin if you aren't healthy inside (or you got it form a sexual partner), probiotics and GOOD bacteria help balance things out and kill off the bad bacteria/fungus that causes the bad odors. Why exterminate all the good bacteria along with the bad? This will only cases problems in most cases.
I know most of you are thinking, WHAT?! FERMENTED veggies?! But I do it, and it works. No bad odors. Antibiotics are not good for your gut flora, taking these or applying these to sensitive areas can cause rashes or even worse bacteria and fungus infections as they overcome the soap. Sure it works., but then it stops. I had the SAME problem using antibacterial soap. It did not help LONG TERM, which is what we ALL WANT, right?! And it only caused redness and worse infection. If you don't know how to ferment vegetables, type into youtube how to ferment veggies. You only need vegetables, mason jars, salt etc and a little patience. Takes 5 days for it to ferment just right in your pantry or somewhere warm. Be sure to put dill weed so it takes like pickles (if you like them haha) and you're good to go. You can even buy fermented veggies from a health food store, just be sure it's 100% organic and hasn't been pasteurized (i.e. all the living organisms are killed off) which defeats the whole purpose here. It may seem weird, but the WHOLE point is to introduce GOOD bacteria to your foreskin so they can eliminate all the NASTY stuff for you. You'd be wise to eat fermented veggies daily for internal gut health and well being as well. It's insane we destroy out gut health and overall health with antibiotics and creams/soaps and lotions, it's TERRIBLE! NOT good for you. I'm not bashing antibiotics and some people may need them in emergency situations, but if we all ate fermented foods daily our immune system would be powerful and optimal to help prevent issues in the first place. Don't forget 80% of your immune system is in the gut, if your gut flora is compromised, rest assure you'll have problems. Try it, and let everyone know how it works! It's the best natural approach and I know it works because I did it and still use the remedy if it is ever needed. - Luke
