im 13 years old my penis is 2.75 inches soft and 4.25 inches erect I have ALOT of pubes and leg hair but hardly non arm pit hair when will my penis start growing more and why does my penis curve upwards ALOT when it's erect?? And I masterbate every other day.

Your size is normal for your age when it will grow more is hard to predict but it will happen.
It curving upwards when erect is also normal most guys penises curve up or to the side some.
