Hi. I had open rhinoplasty and the scar is almost invisible. Actually, I am the only one that sees it. A closed rhinoplasty is a procedure where the incisions are made inside the nostrils. An open rhinoplasty means that a very small incision will be placed on the piece of skin between your nostrils. I am not very pleased with the result. I am considering revision rhinoplasty. I know, some people can never be pleased. So I will take my time and consider it harder. It`s a big change after all. You must make a hard decision in such cases.
