Hey, just to let you guys know, i have this problem too , and ive founda fantastic solution, you need tretinoin gel to clear it up, read it up on wikipedia, this isnt a HIV, its perfectly natural, just wanted to give you guys some confidence that there is a way to reduce them/ remove them :-)
Thank you to the two guys that have made me feel ALOT better. ive had them for a while and i have bee thinkin about what the hell they are and if there were infectious. but another thing it some lesions on my "bell end" have made me curios. 1 sticks out more than others and ther rest are quite small. IS THIS SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT?? or just to ignore because its normal???

I had the same problem, I noticed it when I was 14 - they were white spots, lumps, mostly grouped together and very noticeable when erect or foreskin is pulled, they reminded me of pimples that I couldn't squeeze.
