im 40 years old have been involved in sports my whole life , whether playing or coaching , i was into powerlifing when younger , and was told had a week side , if one nut is not hanging down as far as the other , fyi for you youngbloods , where talking hernia , but with myself have had pains lately on left side again,started around thanksgiving, so painful my wife couldnt even get close to me or would jump straight out of bed , and can take alot of pain , but thats gotta be the worst experience ever , but what i have found out , is drinking lots of water will quickly take the pain away , thats right dehydration, doesnt change the fact , that i do have a week side , meaning have strain my nut at one time when was 16 think when found out , so try it , especially if using any kind of speed or diet pills , or energy drinks , and if you think about it most people dont drink as much .this what i  figured out for myself , may still have a problem , but the pain goes away ,where you can function. worth a try .

I'm just 13 and my right testicle hurts, I have not told any one in my family, I have only told 1 or 2 boys that I trust at school. I have found no lump. What should I do???

im 12 and the exact same thing is happening to ..have no idea what it is??

 

Hey I'm 19 my penis is 9 soft & i have pain in both of my balls.. It came from no where. I still f**k my ex and she loves sucking on my balls but I've been pounding her over 9 months now. Should I go see a doctor? Pain is 3/10 but its now normal!

Epididymitis.... inlamation. There are medications to treat this, but it will most likely be a recurring event the rest of your life, been dealing with it for the last 10 years after a bad snowboarding accident

Look Ive realized that over the years we all get worried about some pain in some region or another, but the BEST thing you can do is go see your doctor and trust his answer. Cause if you keep looking on the internet, you can scare yourself quite a bit like I used to.

This thread might be closed by now but my testicles hurt 4 days out of the week. I've been to the urologist and he diagnosed me with varicocele and retrograde ejaculation(the sperm backflows into the bladder). I go to urinate and afterwards a little sperm follows. When sperm follows after I urinate I know my testicles are going to start hurting badly. They only hurt after that happens and it just doesn't hurt my testicles but my groin, lower abdomin, lower back, and sometimes so badly it causes you to think your stomach to hurt(bowel movement hurt). Someone please help bc it's agony.
