I personally think the pain is from there being too much sperm in your testes mine started hurting earlier but its gone now idk why but it's probably from ejaculation to get rid of it if there's too much sperm you can get rid of some but you know not trying to be gross but I think its true
It's sounds like all y'all have a uti my nutz had screwed up like that once when I was on a date. Left but to be exact and I couldn't move. Also a good friend of mine nutz screwed up at work also the left he quote,"felt like someone ran his nuts over with a motor cycle" also the left nut he had been drinking to many energy drinks and not enough water which made his nuts screwed up

I'm 20 years old and I have the same problem in my right nut idk what to do it hurts and goes up to my stomach and it feels like a stomach ache idk
I had a hydrocele hernia and it sounds like you might have that it's an easy surgery but it will take awhile to recover go get a doc appointment!
One of my friends said his nuts was hurting so he went to the doctor to get it checked out and he had to a shot in his butt and they also gave him medication. He thinks that his girlfriend gave him something but I really don't know I'm confused.......can somebody help!!!!
