Eat Your Fruits On A Stick! Fruit Kebab
This is such a fun way to eat your fruits, on a stick! And it doesn't even need to be cooked, which means you save more time. These fruit kebabs are a great idea for an afternoon or evening cocktail, summer birthday parties, or appetizers for all your summer events; something playful to keep your guest occupied while waiting for the real thing! When doing your kebabs, try to choose fruits that are solid enough to pass through the sticks. For instance, choose grapes, pineapple and oranges. Bananas might not be such a great idea, as they might soften and break. Play with the colors, be daring! You could also add some slices of sausage or salami, to entice your guests' taste buds!

Spinach quiches are my favorite, but you could use any other leafy vegetables, according to your taste. This is a very convenient afternoon snack, and it's neither too light, not too heavy: perfect balance! How will you prepare your quiches? Well, the fact that the quiches have no crust makes it even easier and faster to prepare: first, spray the tin in which you intend to prepare the recipe. Then, crumble some feta cheese (about 1/3 cup) at the bottom of the tin, add onions, tomatoes and spinach (1 package, or 10 ounces). Then, mix the eggs with the garlic and a third cup of half-and-half, and add it to the tin. Let it bake for at least 25 minutes, and Enjoy!

This recipe is quite similar to the previous one, but doesn't include bananas, for those who are not really keen of the "yellow wonder". In this case, you can play around a little more with your taste buds by mixing and matching the tastes: add more raisins, a teaspoon of peanut butter, a little bit of chocolate chips, some shredded coconut, berries of your choice, etc. Experiment, try, mix and match, be creative! It's summer, so all tastes - once they are healthy - are allowed! The standard baking time is 25 minutes. However, if you want your bars chewier, bake it for about 20 minutes or bake it for a little more time 5-10 minutes if you prefer them crunchier.

Fruit Salad with Honey Drizzle
And finally, our "oh-so" famous fruit salad. The fun thing about a fruit salad is, everything is allowed, the possibilities are endless. Making a fruit salad is all about mixing the colors and making it presentable! Here are examples of some fun and colorful fruits you could use: strawberries, peaches, blackberries, grapes, pineapples, oranges, apples, raspberries, papaya, pear, kiwi, etc. Some people use bananas, but while doing so, be careful not to let them mash. You could also opt for a dry salad or a more juicy one. For juicy fruit salads, press some lime/orange/grapefruit juice in the bowl. You could also add one tablespoon of rum, if you are preparing this for adults who are okay with partying all night long!
