hey Jack... no need 2 panic... the hormonal balance in evryone is different. some boys will start early, while other will start late. I personally started ejaculating at about 15 0r 16 years, and the first sprouts of beard appeared on my chin at the age of 19yrs. so just relax n stay safe..

1 - When did you start puberty? It sounds like you are ejaculating...just not a lot. Most boys get their first full ejaculations about 1-1 1/2 years after the first physical signs of puberty (which is normally pubic hair). Some do it faster...and some do take longer. So at 13 - you are WELL within the normal age range.
2 - I don't agree with 'wats_wat' about the problems with masturbation! There is no real evidence to support that - and plenty of evidence that shows that masturbation causes absolutely no problems! Even if you just look around this website here - you will see there are hundreds of people that discuss masturbation - and maybe 1 out of 100 claim there is some effect from it. But - those issues they claim were caused by masturbation could have been caused by 1000 other things as well. Premature ejaculation - which is the example used to you - has been proven actually to be helped by masturbating. So...anyway dude...masturbate away. It's what boys your age do - and have done forever! It is proven to be save with evidence based tests!
