I'm in the same boat as u buddy... I've always wondered the same thing... I got 2 holes the bottom hole pees and cums as the top 1 does nothing... and the top 1 is not a dimple... it is diff a hole... my to be wife has played with it and opened it to see.. when I told her about it, it kinda excited her to know I was different from any other guy. she has been with. It does bring down my self esteem though...she is the only one I've ever talked to about this to.. and if it can be passed from father to son, I wouldn't know b/

I've been worried for a long time and now I'm getting to the point of not being emberassed about it but scared that it might cause me problems in the futcher

lol @ all the 'evolution' nonsense. The most likely cause is (1) as another said about development in the womb leading to two holes. (2) Bothed circumcisions. I'm willing to bet 99% if not all of those with this problem here are circumcised. It is a known complication of a circumcision in some cases.

ok, here we go, my fiance has two holes. one is the normal and the other is on the bottom where the doctor cut when he was a baby (they dont know why). anyy who...both urine and cum come out of both holes. and as his fiance and even as his friend, i dont c the problem. doctors say it has lowered our chances of pregnancy though because he's basically shooting the swimmers the wrong way lol but we laugh and enjoy our sex life. just wanted to basically say.. its normal. and i think there is more than one thing being talked about in the forum.

Thank you, all who have commented and said they too have two holes (or 3, whatever).  I have had the same penis hole configuration all my life, as far as I know, but not until I went to the Dr. 2 yrs ago (Urologist) did anyone ever tell me that my penis was anything other than "normal".  (The nurse inserting a "catheter" into my pee-hole said "Oh, your hole is lower" or something like that.)  My pee hole is not at the tip of the penis, but down lower, about at the ridge back of the "glans". (Gee, I'm not so sure about my knowledge of penis TERMINOLOGY, haha!)  And then there's another hole that's really more of a dimple if you examine very closely, which is only seen when you pull the skin apart every which way.

Anyway, my point is to thank all commenters here, because I'm glad to know I'm not the ONLY one with penis structure different than "the average".  I am 67 yrs old, and never had anyone mention anything about this difference in penis to me, since guys don't usually look at each others' penises, especially not close-up.  --Except maybe gays would look at the penis of their boyfriend, I suppose.

And for-the-record, in contrast with the comments of some others here, I am uncircumcised, so multiple pee holes is not totally associated with being circumcised, apparently.  Also, I think my father may have had something similar, because I once heard him say that his penis was "spurting two streams", something which commonly happens with me, also.  So perhaps this kind of birth difference is passed on by genes.

Thanks for comments, all you two-holers, and especially thanks to the nurse who said "all normal, all good".  And I would add that all are very pleasant to yank on, whether one hole, two, whatever!

I also have two holes, but i never used to, i got it after having sex with a condom and it teared it, so now it's just one bigger hole when my penis is erect, and looks like two holes when not erect, im scared to have sex again with a condom incase it gets worse. I've been to my gp and he says it's normal, but i'm really freaking out, I can't get it out of my head its on my mind daily. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do, is there anyway of making it better, I'm also circumcised. Please someone give me any advice.

Seriously? You believe him? It's not an "evolutionary asset", just a defect! I have two holes, one above the other, and I urinate and ejaculate only through the other one!

My boyfriend also has 2 holes. I noticed the other night and was like "what the what?? Babe, is that a thing?" And he thinks its totally normal and all guys have it. He says pee comes out the top one and cum comes out of the bottom one. I decided to look it up because I was pretty sure guys only have one hole and I wanted to see if I had simply been wrong this whole time. He'll be so excited to find out he's unique.

The reason for pre cum is so that urine and sperm dont get mixed, just saying

I had an ex who had two holes. I was really young and had no knowledge of male anatomy. I was, and am, also very blunt, so when I had a question, I asked. He believed that one hole was for pee and the other was for cum. After we broke up, I was having a conversation with a friend about how many holes are in the human body. He said seven, and I said "I thought men had eight?" and he looked at me so concerned, and asked "What penises have YOU seen?" when I said I thought penises had 2 holes. I told him, and that was when I learned it was not normal. And after learning that normal means one hole, I realized that pee and cum came through the same place, and that he was utterly wrong. Then I searched it up; it's pretty uncommon, but its just a hole, nothing negative or dangerous about it. Just abnormal.
