Thank you so much for your input! I have the same b/m problems one month after surgery: terrible lower back pain( which I always have, but this is worse), rolling feeling nags like the BMW is trying to come down, and then a bit solid and then watery diarrhea. During these times, I have the cold sweats and a sharp pain on the right temple. I always forget to bring my phone in the bathroom, but almost feel like I'm going to pass out. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy with s collapsed uterus, and they had to find my cervix in the uterus to sew it back in. But, I really appreciate the fact that you posted this, because I feel like now I know it's related to the surgery. Thank you!

One thing Obgyns don't discuss. Is a kidney stone in the bladder blocking flow to your kidney witch disrupts the liver to. causes severe pain on right or left side. Burning or hard to pee frequently peeing. Groin pain . Kidney liver tests elevated n low bun over time. Reasons Obgyn don't want to talk about it is it's over look. as well male practice. Check your history of labs before n after. Even if it is years later. I'm not a doctor everyone's case is different due to their personal histories. Sometimes people have scarring or intestinal issues related expansion hemorrhage so on. Due to these 2 things . Expectially robotic hysterectomys. Try another health system you know they are not affiliated with. Tell them the concerns of kidney stones maybe in your bladder as well to check the outer lining of intestines upper lower as them to check ( with extensive labs ) to see if your liver n kidneys are working. hope this helps

I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy 11 months ago. Had 97# of fluid drained by 5 paracentesis procedures before they decided I had a huge cyst on one ovary. Three weeks in hospital then 2-1/2 months off work. Recovery is with weakness, some pain and now full time watchfulness. Vitamins, low salt, balanced diet and rest are helping but some days tougher than others. It took two weeks to try and diagnose, two days to decide a hysterectomy might solve the issue since I was healthy otherwise (I'm 67) and five days recovery and OT/PT in hospital. I had to use a walker and cane to balance and be mobile for two months after, my body was so weak and off balance. Still a journey and thankful to have survived.

So am I. One year, no issues, but now left of my low naval area is cramping pretty bad. That's why I looked this up. Seems like dull, throbbing pain. Please let me know too if anyone finds the reason. Thanks!

Honey, go to a Gynecologist/Oncologist. I had stage 3 Ovarian cancer before finding it by this specialist. I had been going to every doctor imaginable since 2009, and I was told I was fine. I now think I have PTSD from the drama and crying, begging Dr's to help me, and then they diagnosed me with a mood disorder, lol, wonder why? No, I knew something was going on, a woman knows her body. Go the specialist and make them run a CA125 test. God bless you, and get those polyps out.

I have had similar pains and tests/scans for the past 1.5 years. Had pelvic floor spasms aggravated by rectal and bladder prolapse. Pessary Device ended up being in immediate short-term solution . Now in process of determining if I want surgery to strengthen Vaginal walls or even some other solution .

Pray this helps.
Now I am an advocate for educating women about post hysterectomy potentialities.

Thank You for your response. This week marks 1 year since my hysterectomy, they did leave me ovaries though. But what your explaining makes total sense to me, and hoping this is what I'm experiencing.

I LOVED YOUR RESPONSE, so I thought I would share my experience...!
I had a hysterectomy two years ago I was bleeding out so heavy from a fibroid tumor the size of a cantaloupe that when I went to the hospital my hemoglobin was below five since my hysterectomy I get very bad abdominal pain bloatedness cramping constipation and swollen stomach almost looking like I am pregnant even though I very petite I’m in my mid 40s I’ve had three children all C-sections and the after affects of my hysterectomy, the recovery has been exhausting..
Sex has even become painful. Before all of this I was very healthy, with light regular periods..!! One more thing women get to endure, menopause..
I’ve learned to eating bland, minimal alcohol

I've had a partial Hysterectomy 2 years ago.. Was fine for 5 months after.. Then the next thing I know.. My middle to lower left side has this sharp pain.. I've had X-ray's, CT scans done.. Last year, my doctor once told me that it was a spleen cyst.. But, the spleen is located further up.. My doctor wants to do a Colonoscopy. I'm not sure of that as I've done the CT scan.. I'm tired of this pain going on nearly two years come October! The pain is constant and is everyday. Some days makes me so sick, I can't eat. At night I'm crouched with my knees up to my stomach.. Nothing helps..

Any info to point me in the right direction is better! If I can help my doctor do the right tests or send me to a proper specialist, I'd appreciate it big time..

Thanks.
