Doesn't sound abnormal, im 16 my penis flaccid is only at most ever 2-3 inches but when hard i am just shy of 8. I dont think height or weight haas much to do with it but just for help i guess. im 6 ft exactly and 205lbs

Jelking can work but you have to keep at it and be very very careful, If you over squeeze you can burst blood vessels and then even less blood gets to the flaccid penis and will look even smaller. Worse case you could damage all the blood flow and never get an erection again! be happy with what you have, try to relax about it, even on jelking sites they say for you to say to yourself "I have a big penis" So it shows a lot of it is psychological.
