Hey
Well I think you should see a doctor or go to a clinic. You waited too long and you won't know if
It got worst. You can also get bacteria for using a needle, and and kind of needle.

I'm 23 and have the Exact same problem as first poster a few years now, been left with scars and holes and bumps mostly on the underside on both sides, not made any better by interfering...DON'T btw! It's affected my self esteem greatly over the years, even prolonged my virginity 'coz lets face it, who wants to take a lumpy scarred knob out in front of a girl. I was too embarrased to even go see the doctor until one little bump grew HUGE, like golf ball, so i went and turned out to be a cyst, which went away taking antibiotics but left a whopper of a scar/bump, and the main problem still persists! It is a killer for the self esteem but I'm glad I stumbled across this post and seeing I'm not the only one with this or similar problems! I know the deep scars will probably never go away but I hope I don't have to endure the 'spots' for the rest of my life. It doesn't bother my girlfriend of nearly 4 years now,she doesn't notice. but I do! she Looks but she doesn't See...hopefully something can be done, please god!

To all who have not yet visited a doctor - please do so. While it certainly sounds like your condition may be benign and untreatable, it may in fact have neither of those attributes. Even if you are not sexually active, an infection (bacterial, viral or fungal) could have developed in that area. It could be something as simple as acne, folliculitis or any number of treatable skin conditions. Your symptoms may also evince a much more serious medical condition (STD or a serious infection). So please, don't be embarrassed and consult a medical professional rather than an anonymous message board.

Its the same thing as you all..... im now 16, still a virgin and over the few years ive had these pimples which are very distinct bumps that are painful to squeeze now that will not go away. Im just wondering is there anything i can do to make them go down at all because right now it doesnt look pretty.

I Found the cure!!! I went to a dermatoligist who told me that this stuff was a buildup of salt and oils on the penis it then clogs up the pores on the penis creating this hard anoying acne. Just to make shire were talking about the same thing here it is usualy on the underside of the penis and is like acne but harder and does not pop easyily like dry acne. Btw I'm a complete virgin so no chance of an STD here. Although I did take a sh*t in that one port-a-potty jkjk lol. But anyways the cure is...
1. Wash your penis
2. Don't touch your penis with dirty hands
3. Wear Coton underwear for anti bacterial purposes(prefrably white it encourages you to change your underwear more often)
4. Wear pouched boxers or boxer briefs this seporates the testes from the penis, -less sweat
5. Stray away from " butt hugers, tighty whites, and normal briefs"
6. DON'T POP THEM when you pop theese more of the acne goes in further into your penis than comes out

best,
-the dog

I have the same thing. I usually have sex with about 5 different women, horses, lambs, pigs, etc... every day, every 4.8 hours.
If I am not having sex, I am either sleeping or eating, thats it, the sum total of my life.

They are nothing to worry about. Just an STD thats all.

These are extra hair follicles, not pimples. Hair can't grow on your penis, so the follicles look like pimples. You have these bumps on your scrotum, but, hair can grow from follicles on the scrotum. Cappiche? Don't worry. You can't do anything about it.
